The property is really beautiful. I went during the week so it was quiet. The decor in and out of the rooms is really nice. The restaurant had attentive service and is beautiful. The staff are super friendly. I had the balcony room and I felt the tub outside was dirty so I didn’t use. Also not very private, the curtains on the balcony could not go over plants. It is really cute but I didn’t use it….but it was very nice just to sit.

The interior was amazing. I chose a room with a bathtub, and every space was beautifully designed with great attention to detail. The music at the rooftop bar plays from morning until late at night, and it’s very loud. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to rest in my room during the day because of the noise. I had booked the hotel for three nights but decided to leave after two and move to a quieter place. If you enjoy having music playing all day, this is a beautiful spot and you’ll likely love it. However, if you’re looking for peace and relaxation, the constant noise may be overwhelming for your nervous system

Nice boutique hotel, fun rooftop for a late night drink. Cute restaurant. Pretty decor. I would stay here again! We booked last minute the deluxe king room with bath and got there and they couldn’t accommodate us the room so we got a two storey suite instead. The stairs in the suite were a bit scary because there is no railing, so nighttime trips to the washroom were dangerous. Would have preferred the room we had originally booked as I was looking forward to enjoying the larger sized terrace and a bath. The hotel did their best to accommodate us so I still enjoyed my experience. I would stay here again!

The pool, rooms, lobby and entire hotel were exceptional. It was so beautiful and everything was clean. The staff were helpful and accommodating. My only complaint would be the location, as they were doing construction in the roads working 1-2 km around the hotel. This meant that it is almost impossible to find a route to the hotel and you needed to cab or drive to get anywhere from there.

Good design, cool layout No loungers or beach chairs by the pool. The bedrooms have some hangers for your clothes but no drawers or shelves so you live out of a suitcase.

From the music, to the staff, to the atmosphere of the decor and the cleanliness. I can't pinpoint what I liked best about this hotel. The rooftop was beautiful and great during the sunset with the DJ playing. And I lived that there was a bar on the rooftop, too. Not just with alcoholic drinks, but also with natural juices. The bed was very comfortable and the complimentary bottle of Mezcal was the perfect touch. The room itself was beautifully decorated, with a calming sense to it, a lot of natural lighting and very very clean. There is complimentary parking right outside the hotel, which is a huge plus when renting a car. I will absolutely be back, I really really enjoyed this place! There's nothing I didn't like.

Amazing rooms, clean and stylish. Despite some mixups in the room I had booked, they made sure to compensate so that I was happy with the outcome. I read the other reviews about the loud music on weekends, including Sundays, but did not expect it to be as loud as it was, no earplugs could cancel it out, the whole bed was shaking. But it stops at 11pm. If you are out partying anyway then all good! But if you want an early nights sleep then Friday-Sunday is not for you.

We recently stayed at Hotel Xkeban in Tulum, and while our overall experience was decent, it didn’t quite meet our expectations. The hotel’s facilities are beautiful, with stylish and well-maintained interiors that make for a comfortable stay. Our room was nice and comfortable, but unfortunately, the bathroom wasn't as clean as we had hoped. The restaurant area remained quite dark, which made dining less enjoyable. Additionally, the front part of the hotel is still under construction and is unpaved, which detracted from the overall atmosphere. It’s clear the hotel is still a work in progress, and although we had an okay time, there are a few aspects that need improvement to elevate the experience. we truly appreciated the attention and service provided by Excequiel, who received us, unfortunately we saw him again when we were checking out. One morning, we went down for breakfast, only to find that the kitchen was unavailable because all the chefs had decided not to show up that day. We were left with access only to the bar, and fortunately, their selection of healthy juices was good. Otherwise, we would not have had any food options available, which was problematic as my wife needed to take medication. During our Sunday night stay, my wife was dealing with a health condition and was hoping to rest with me. However, we were surprised to discover that the hotel hosts parties until 11 PM on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights. This was not clearly communicated when we made the reservation. When we mentioned the issue, the staff pointed out that it was included in the terms and conditions, but we felt it should have been made much clearer. The noise was unbearable, and we ended up leaving the hotel until 10 PM despite my wife not being in the best health. To make matters worse, when we went downstairs, there was nobody at the bar or at the reception. The pool area is nice, but we were not informed that the hotel is pet-friendly, allowing dogs to swim in the pool. While this is not an issue for us, it would have been helpful to know in advance, so we could have made an informed decision when booking. These issues impacted our stay, and we feel that better communication and management of certain aspects could have significantly improved our overall experience.

The rooftop is gorgeous. Stylish and lovely view. Pool is small but perfect size in my opinion and can be used as jacuzzi No elevator

The only nice thing about the property was the room, it had AC and the patio/balcony was spacious. The floor in the room could’ve been more clean as there were dead mosquitos and other insects sprinkled throughout. DO NOT STAY HERE. The entire staff left me there (I was the only short term guest apart from one guy who sort of lives there) and evacuated everyone (in anticipation of Hurricane Beryl) in the staff and left me stranded. I was due to check out on 7/4, and everyone was sent home at around 10/1030am. No one made sure that the guests (aka me) were safely evacuated or checked out and they kept my ID from checkin and no one around to help me get my stuff back. I have no idea what kind of “professional” hotel doesn’t ensure that all guests have checked out / been evacuated and keep their documents. I called the hotel phone number, no reply. MIND YOU, this hotel is in La Veleta which is about 2 miles from the center of town and 4 miles from the beach area access, you cannot bike around here, all the streets are clay and 0 taxis go near it. It’s in a weird hidden street and 0 atmosphere, 0 services. There was construction going on throughout and no one communicated that loud drilling/sawing/music playing would start at around 7am daily. I would say to you, do not stay here. They do not care about their guests or their business. I contacted booking.com because that is a super dangerous situation and no one should feel like I did and go through something like this when you’re on vacation. Imagine standing with your luggage in the lobby area and screaming out for anyone and 0 people are around? I was able to find the nice guy who is a guest and seems to live there but he doesn’t work there. He couldn’t get a hold of anyone either. I would never recommend this spot to anyone and would advise you to stay closer to town and closer to the beach, or even a hostel. NOT SAFE AND NOT OK.

Breakfast was delicious. The rooms were comfortable and well designed. The staff was polite and always ready to help. We needed an additional invoice for extra stay due to the cancelled flight. The hotel reacted immediately and issued everything we needed. We communicated even via Whatsapp without any problem. We stayed at a room directly under the roof and there was a techno party one night on the roof top. We had no chance to sleep that night. On the other hand, we knew the hotel throws parties. So there was nothing to complain about. Just be aware that if there is a party on the roof, do not plan an early get up next day :)

The property has a really nice design and really nice rooms. The music from 11:00 AM/ 12:00 PM (in the ground floor bar and on a daily basis) until 11:00 PM (in the rooftop bar from Thursday to Sunday). Some of the staff was rude
