simple & clean , a few blocks to shop/cafe, but around corner in a quiet block. toilet was not flushing well. had to flush twice. Wish ice cubes are available. when I needed, no one was at the counter/bar, so not sure if they offer. The stairs to the rooms on second floor are super narrow. do not recommend to someone who has challenge on balance.

Quiet and safe, nice chilled vibes and the staff are great especially Franco he is so lovely and helpful very close to La vela cafes and shops.

Rafa and Franco were very kind and welcoming! They gave us great local recommendations for places to explore, transportation and food. The room was clean and comfortable. We slept well there. The hotel was walking distance from plenty of restaurants and bars. There is not much I can think of. I thought it was a nice hotel and a great price for my husband and I. Things in Tulum are a bit spread out and the town is quite far from the beach. So be prepared to take a taxi to the beach if you want to go!

The staff was so kind and helpful! They coordinated out airport shuttle and gave recommendations for travel through the city, activities and restaurants. They also went above and beyond and were able to provide smaller bills for change and purified water to drink. We absolutely loved the location and the beauty of the hotel!! It also felt very safe. I would stay there again!

The hotel is simple but very charming and clean. It is located in a cool neighbourhood with very good restaurants and cafés at walking distance. The staff is very nice and gave us a lot of good recommendations for restaurants, activities and moving around, which was extremely helpful. We had a very easy, relaxed stay.

I loved the location. wasnt sure what part of town to stay in and this was it! checked out a couple other places i had considered , and I def made the right choice. so walkable. coffee, food , drinks. the hotel is small, cute, clean, didnt want for anything. the hosts were so reachable and helpful. I liked that there was a place to lounge outside of the room and soak in the courtyard. my room was huge. nothing. I would 100% stay here again.

I loved the location. It also felt like we were in the jungle so beautiful in the hotel. The team was also super helpful giving recommendations and trying to make my stay as enjoyable as possible. Loved it there! Nothing it was a wonderful stay

It's a hidden paradise in Tulum. Very calm, pretty and comfortable stay. Very convenient location in proximity to several cafes and restaurants. It's just like in the photos, even prettier. The staff is very kind and helpful, they are eager to provide the best recommendations possible. You will feel very taken care of. Overall, this hotel is top value for money. We had a rental car and parked right outside without issues. Very safe area.

The property felt very private, quiet, an serene. The rooms were well equipped and comfortable. Loved the swings by the pool. Rafa, the owner, is extremely helpful and personable! -

Room was very clean and comfortable. Rafa the manager was extremely helpful and friendly. The pool was beautiful. Swimming in it was like being in a cenote! The property is a beautiful lush garden. There are many restaurants a couple minutes walk away. Felt very safe walking around the neighborhood

Morning coffee availability would have been a plus:) but not a big deal

Great space, friendly staff and perfect location

We had such a great stay! The hotel is lovely and comfortable. Leonardo from front-desk was the best! He gave great recommendations and helped with organizing a scooter/taxis. The whole team is super nice and we immediatly felt welcome and at home. The rooms are very clean (thanks to Carlos). There are a lot of restaurants and breakfast places in walking distance.

certain staff seemed too fixed on my personal life and used social media to try and target me for harassment adding charges and making claims with no proof.
