Everything about this property was amazing! If you’re the type of traveler who wants a busy resort with crowds and a lively lobby bar, this probably isn’t the place for you. It’s more peaceful, private, and surrounded by nature. Yes, there are bugs, but that’s to be expected because you’re literally staying in the jungle. It wasn’t a big deal to us at all. I also read reviews saying the water wasn’t hot, but that was not our experience. We had hot water with no issues. Since it’s in the jungle, you may occasionally find leaves in your private pool. If that happens, the staff will come clean it for you, so it wasn’t an issue. There isn’t a TV in the room, but we honestly didn’t miss it. We were informed about the Tomato app, which worked perfectly for ordering since room service was temporarily unavailable. Overall, this was a 20/20 experience for us. We had an incredible stay and would absolutely come back! N/a

Property was beautiful. It was a few miles from the town, but still close enough. Room service was fairly priced and delicious.

No great food options, no hot water, lack of towels, and location.

I came here for my 40th, and this was the best birthday I’ve ever had!

I loved that each villa comes with its own private pool and copper bathtub. I loved how comfortable the bed is I enjoyed the privacy and quietness of the location. It would be a great place for lovers who want to stay in bed all day and make love. The shower pressure was a trickle at best. There isn’t a real spa and there isn’t a massage therapist onsite at all times. And if you were to book a service it’s dependent on whether or not their on the property, also you don’t get to use the thermal spa or sauna if you book a service, it’s extra. $75/hr. I also didn’t like that they don’t have a restaurant on site. They advertise that they do but technically they only have a kitchen. You have to order room service and it’s only available from 6:30am to 3:30pm. If you want food after that you have to leave the property or use Mexico’s version of uber eats. Not convenient at all. I don’t drink so I didn’t mind that there is no bar. There is absolutely NOTHING to do at this property. No grounds to walk, no relaxation or socialization spaces. Like I said above, perfect for couples who want to make love all day.

The property offered seclusion, privacy, and the pool was spectacular. Close to town for dining options. The hotel staff was welcoming and amenable to our needs. If you do book this hotel, dont book villas 1 or 2. Further down=less noise pollution. Noise pollution from the highway.

The hotel is super easy to find- on the main road and you can't miss the golden tower. The staff were all super super sweet, helpful and accommodating. The bed was comfy despite the stained sheets. We enjoyed the bathtub in the room and the water pressure in the shower was good. We also booked one of the spa packages which was at the neighboring hotel and that was wonderful. However that was due to the sister hotel and the staff over there, not so much with Anat. There are better places to stay for the price. Our sheets were stained and when we asked for new sheets, the new ones delivered also had stains on them... The property is pretty but it feels very much like instagramable without a lot of care put into long term durability. Things in the room already looked like they were falling apart when the place I think is only a year old. Bits of plaster coming up, towel hook already pulled out of the wall, etc. Their sister hotel down the road has a much better vibe- more natural and warm. This place didn't quite hit, especially for the big price. They have photos of nice little details in the rooms like a table in the outside area, basket of towels, etc but that was missing in our room.

The theme of the hotel is just mind blowing. I bet this is by far the best property in Tulum and no one can beat that. The staff is so kind and helpful. I love the style, interior, pool and the architecture. Nothing.
