Restaurant staff were very helpful and friendly, and the food was better than expected. Shower didn't work properly, so they moved me to another room.

The rooms were VERY nice and the restaurant downstairs was excellent. I would call the neighborhood “mixed” which I really like— trendy boutiques and restaurants mixed with working to middle class residents. “Free parking” is parking on the street with a guard watching the cars. Doesn’t sound too bad but the street gets big mud puddles every time it rains so depending where you park you might have to enter your vehicle through the passenger side of your car. Some days our car was all splattered with mud because of passing cars and scooters. Also, they said house keeping is included but we stayed four nights and room was only cleaned once. We had to take our trash out ourselves and go down to the restaurant and ask for toilet paper refills and garbage bags. That was less than classy. Our room was right underneath the rooftop bar and I think at midnight they moved the tables or something because it was sooo noisy! Do NOT accept room 21 if you plan to be asleep at midnight.

Staff had no idea what was going on with the hotel and checking process.

The entire property was very clean. The 10% discount at the restaurant downstairs was nice. It was difficult to get the staff downstairs at the restaurant/hotel reception to help us check in. After paying in cash they told us we have to pay a $1,000 peso deposit for damages. I said that wasn’t in my booking details and he said “ok nevermind.”

Very spacious and comfortable room. The roof top pool and bar are cute. The restaurant at street level is good and fair price (not as a rhotel restaurant which is normally expensive). No blackout curtains, so the room gets a lot of light. The reception is inside the restaurant, so it can be a bit confusing. The hotel is not so close to the beach and the street where the hotel is on is still a dirt road and has a lot of holes.

I really liked the room. super comfortable. there are a lot of extra fees that were added on that were not listen in the booking. be prepared to pay extra $100 pesos to use a card and make a $1000 pesos security deposit that you can only get back via cash. that was a bit annoying.

We didn’t get our deposit back because my friend accidentally spilled chocolate on the bed sheet, which is easy to wash out

Pleasant

Bed was comfortable. The room was up a big flight of stairs - staff escorted us to the room but did not offer to help with luggage. There was no toilet paper in the room, we had to call and ask for it. No wifi password in the room we had to go down and talk to staff to get it. The water dripped out of the shower - it was really not functional and no hot water. The furniture in the living room was very uncomfortable.

The staff were very accommodating. The area around the hotel was very dark, with no street lights.

Cool rooftop with a small pool and restaurant. Room seemed very new and was in great condition. Construction going on directly next door which lasted throughout the stay. Not any fault of the hotel but still it was annoying.

Staff were super helpful and nice. Everything was clean. Extensive food menu. If you stay here you definitely need to rent a car. Area around hotel was not well lit and didn’t feel safe to be walking around by yourself at night. Took forever to get a taxi. One night we were waiting for over an hour! We were only given one set of keys for a group of 3 which made it very difficult to coordinate when the group didn’t want to do the same things.
