The stuff is very bad and rude

Value and Wi‑Fi: Strong value for space and amenities, with reliable Wi‑Fi suitable for streaming and routine work. Practical amenities: Onsite pool, small gym, and convenient light food and beverage options cover the basics. Location trade‑off: Not on the beach; most outings require taxis, bikes, or a car, and walking can be long in the heat. Food and beverage depth: The onsite options are more functional than destination‑worthy; you’ll likely dine out. Minor wear and timing: Some units show light wear.

The hotel set up, the landscape, the open to the nature design. the 2 pools and private bath. The jumgle pool is perfect for childs, relaxing, and deep enough for adults. the 25m late is perfect for swim workouts. the staff is great, polite and accomodating Some building areas and features need some care, example: electric box open, pool lights broken and wires accessible, door handles broken..

The hotel has an interesting design, but it is lacking in a friendly or welcoming feeling, it's cold.

Exceptionally clean, well taken care of, beautiful grounds, really friendly staff, and the food by the pool was awesome. Some of the rooms were not great for value.

I loved this property so much. First it’s beautiful, but the staff was absolutely amazing and accommodating. They went above and beyond with all guest from what I noticed. I tried one of the restaurants onsite and wow the food was delicious and the drinks even better. I think what I liked most is that this is a very walkable location. They are still developing however, as a lone traveler I felt okay walking around alone and finding my way. There’s a great coffee shop/cafe maybe 5 minutes walk (Nimeno) and a gelateria (Campanella) both are 10/10. Overall I really enjoyed my sta and plan to return in the near future. If I had to choose something it would be the door to my patio. It was loose off the hinge making it harder to lock but I was able to make it work and I noticed they were working on units as well.

Very nice pool and staff very kind and helpful The bathroom in my toilet needed to put the toilet paper in the trash bin. The toilet was a bit sensitive

Our experience was incredible from start to finish. The staff truly made the difference — Claudio, Eddy and Paula were exceptional: attentive, warm, and genuinely committed to making our stay special. The location is very strategic, close enough to everything yet still quiet and immersed in nature. The on-site restaurants are excellent, with high-quality food and a great atmosphere, which makes it easy to enjoy the hotel without needing to leave. The breakfast option is absolutely worth it, fresh, well prepared and a perfect way to start the day. Nothing significant to highlight. Overall, everything met or exceeded expectations.

The staff are courteous and attentive just very limited in their English Our room is beside a busy street with the taxi stand and you can hear them playing their radio loud I can’t even open the blinds in our room because we can be seen on the Main Street and this our room is dim , plus the walkway are not senior friendly even our suitcase almost got damage

Loved the staff. They were so positive and professional. The infinity pool is great and it was calming looking out over the treetops. Also enjoyed the bike rentals that worked well for 5 days! The door lock and safe were a little tricky, but they were glad to help. It’s a couple of miles to the beach, but we didn’t mind biking.

Location, friendliness of staff. Bed hurt my lower back and was not comfortable. I had to purchase two foam pads from Walmex to soften the mattress.

Expedia owes me $700 for incorrect booking. Booking was made twice, once online and then once again online and both were clearly needed for two people. I had to pay the property $700 for this error, which was the Expedia representative’s. I demand this refund in case back to fork of payment. Expedia. I made clear we had two quests. The property knew this, but Expedia entered as 1 guest, forcing the property to collect the fee. We were in a foreign country. We had no choice but to pay and Expedia knew. To refund us the $700.

Quit hotel, friendly people, attentive staff. I enjoyed my stay. Surrounding around hotel does not look safe.

Nothing The room was dirty, dark and depressing. We asked for a better room -on the second night at 21:00 they said they had one - we were too tired to change rooms at this late hour…

The jungle feel The shower didn’t have a door and the shower head was placed closer to the opening then to the wall. Leaving the floor to be soaked . Also had a moldy smell the first night .

It was a good value for the off season and convenient to town and the beach. The WiFi was not always strong.
