Staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was delicious and fresh. Spaces were clean and comfortable. Value exceeded the price for sure. There was not a single thing that I did not like. The only thing that was a little different than other hotels that I stayed at is that therei s no restaurant. But thats not a problem because there are great restaurants within walking distance.

Could have had some more variety. Did not like the coffee.

The property was so beautiful The room was great size and comfortable bed. Silent and location was great in La Veleta, walking distance to restaurants, but you need a car for going to the beach. The offered yoga class Breakfast could be improved, very basic. We didn’t have hot water for a couple of days, Julie the manager made up for it the last day.

The hotel was really pretty and Rosie and Naomi really looked after us, showing us the best places to eat, and also giving us a little surprise for my wife’s birthday. The pool was idyllic and our rooms were always clean. Would definitely come back here again It was a little far from the beach but we wanted a location that was a bit quieter so was perfect for us and it was only a 20 minute taxi ride away

I loved my week at Tiki Tiki. It's a super-charming, quiet, clean and beautiful place right next to some beautiful jungle areas. Felt like a very safe location and it was easy to get a taxi to go to the main city points and walk by foot other interesting resorts. They also have the kindest staff who helped with all my questions and requests :-)

Lovely furnished room and really good sized balcony to sit out on. Really modern and chic bar and pool too which was lovely to relax in Location is a long way from downtown Tulum. In addition the bar doesn’t really have the right seating for serving breakfast - it’s not very comfortable to eat breakfast on a sofa! Finally, the breakfast whilst yummy could be more Mexican and generous in the amount of food provided - I was glad I wasn’t too hungry!

Excellent staff and service. However at night it was a little noisy. Also the water from the sink was very bad even for showering. Filtration system should change

Its casual vibe, the cat in the lobby, the ability to get a little coffee and breakfast there It’s a small thing, but they have a nepresso machine in the room with a few capsules and then they charge you $2.50 for one capsule of coffee. Two free a day would be really nice

I didn't like that they didn't have televisions in thexrooms!

Property was clean and relatively quiet. Staff were very good and helpful the room did have a slight damp smell, but other than that was very nice

This hotel is a true hidden gem. It simply and unexpectedly made our trip. The hotel is beautiful and has such a unique feel, its comfortable, serene and staff is lovely. Sofia was the ultimate guide, giving us the most incredible personalized recommendations so we didn't even have to think of what to do. The hotel partners with nearby Hollistica wellness, which is a gem on its own. We couldn't have hoped for better!

Friendly staff Clean room Nice bar and bar tender 1. Lack of basic amenities like hairdryer. 2.In the toilet We had only one hand/body wash container which had to be moved back and forth between the shower and the sink. 3.Breakfast was very basic 4.No TV

The ambiance and the comfort of the rooms! Also the bar area is really nice and the staff are very friendly and personable. All their suggestions for places to visit, beaches and restaurants and bars were on point! The location is in a quieter area of Tulum and the pool is really big compared to other places and beachfront hotels. There wasn’t a restaurant on site and we would have liked a few more options for breakfast, as we found it quite basic for what you pay for.

Amazing beds. Specious room. Good coffee machine in the room. Perfectly located next to holistica to visit all the classes and yoga daily Breakfast is very limited and not really big. So we have to go out to eat most of the days

Hotel Tiki Tiki was our favourite hotel so far, rooms so clean and well appointed, lovely windows with natural light and great air con, modern bathrooms. Loved the aesthetic mid century decor in the main bar and pool area, we were one of a few staying there as it’s quiet season so we basically had the place to ourselves which was amazing, staff were very friendly and helpful with tour bookings, pool was nice and cool and the whole place was very relaxing. Great area really close to cool restaurants and Holistika next door where we got a free yoga class. My favourite part was the friendly cat Bonito, she was so lovely and I spent a lot of time patting her. Breakfast was nice with yogurt, granola and fruit, toast with coffee and juice, nice and healthy which vibes with the area of La Veleta, would defintely stay here again, the area was so calm and tranquil compared to downtown, very up and coming, a bit like Ubud in Bali. Great cocktails and bar area, with chill music and friendly staff, spent a lot of time on the lounge chairs near the pool. Absolute oasis Loved everything, could have done with a few more hooks in the bathroom to hang things, but that’s about it !
