Nothing. Booked a room and when I arrived they informed that it was double booked. Lied to me about it, so I wasted almost two hours waiting around. Horrible experience, no empathy.

Lovely little hotel in the centre of Tulum although set back a bit from the main road so not too noisy. Bed very comfortable, aircon and fan. Just really nice. I'm putting this here. It is not a complaint but I know so peoples expectations may be different to mine. Firstly: It is spotlessly clean, but, it is a budget hotel. This is not the Radisson Grand. It's a very comfortable budget hotel. You are not going to get mini-bar's or jacuzzi baths. Rooms are cleaned daily, towels replaced and the whole room shines. You are not going to get the 5* hotel magic pixies rub aftersun on or massage tired feet. It does what it says, and, does it very well I arrived Christmas day and left second week of January. This will be the first place I check for availability next time
