Simple breakfast, that I liked. Located close to a huge shop. Stuff was polite (but doesn't know English much). Kind of nice design of the hotel. If you need - it's too far away from Zamna. So you will pay 800mex or more for a ride. the swimming pool is dirty. Facilities need some work.

No safe or inside locks on doors. Breakfast made me sick. Noisy due to trucks, tour buses on road.

Amazing Stay at Mestizo Hotel Boutique – A Hidden Gem in Tulum! I had a fantastic experience at Mestizo Hotel Boutique in Tulum! The hotel is located in downtown Tulum, making it a perfect spot for those who want to explore the town, enjoy local restaurants, and experience the vibrant culture. While it’s not directly on the beach, it’s just a short ride away, and the hotel’s peaceful atmosphere more than makes up for it. The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, and very clean, with comfortable beds and all the amenities you need for a relaxing stay. The hotel has a charming, boutique feel that makes it feel like a home away from home. One of the highlights of my stay was the amazing staff—friendly, helpful, and always making sure guests feel welcome. They provided great recommendations for things to do in Tulum and made sure everything was perfect during my stay. The food at the hotel is also excellent, with fresh ingredients and delicious flavors that showcase the best of Mexican cuisine. Overall, if you’re looking for a cozy, stylish, and well-located hotel in Tulum, Mestizo Hotel Boutique is a fantastic choice. Highly recommended!

Nice decor Pool very shallow tv didn’t work

Nice location, nearby restaurants have really good food. The colors and decoration are nice to look at. The room is ok for a night or two. The breakfast gives you choice of eggs which is nice, its not just the basic bread and butter. At first, the staff couldn’t find the reservations (which already hinted at the fact that rooms were not freshly prepared for us). Then we got to our rooms, but it seemed they these rooms had not been used for a long time. There was a smell, the bathroom too. It wasn’t freshly cleaned and you could tell.

Friendly staff, great food

Very good location, parking free and safe no pressure in shower, difficult to mix ideal temperature of water, useless and unmaintainted pool, room service very poor .... avoid Tulum, only reason we stayed is drivable distance to cenotes, Coba and Ch.Itza. Tulum in general has nothing to provide, even the beaches are difficult to access and have to pay. If you come for beaches, go definitely do Playa del Carmen ... Mexico has poor and very expensive services. I would never come back

Our room was spacious, super clean and comfortable! Staff was excellent and super helpful. The included breakfast was incredible! The only negatives I would say is that it’s a bit off the beaten path from the main strip. BUT the best street tacos in Mexico are on the corner of Cobra and the main drag so would not have found that taco stand otherwise! I would say you likely want a scooter rented when you stay here but totally worth it and since off main drag it’s quiet at night. The shower does take a few minutes to get warm, so quick shower would have to be a cold one but if you wait for it, it will get hot!

No hot water for shower and traffic is too loud!

Staff were really friendly and accommodating. Breakfast each day was included and very good (can choose from a menu which is rare), the room is really clean with everything you need and the bed is so comfortable! I really recommend this place to everyone visiting Tulum. Nothing, loved it all.

Staff and restaurant are very good Hotel is very basic one and unfortunately pricey for the location and ambience.

The restaurant and common areas are so colourful and beautiful. Dedicated parking in front of the hotel. Room was spacious with smart TV and mini fridge. Good shower. Comfortable large bed. Restaurant served food all day. Breakfast was excellent with fresh fruits and variety of egg options. I had fried eggs with onions, tomatoes, cheese, fried beans with fried plantains and it was so tasty. The service was great. It's an open plan in the middle ( on top of the pool), so when it rains, the walkways inside get slippery and wet. WiFi in the rooms weren't great but was sufficient to use fb, WA etc.

Unfortunately this hotel had no hot water, the room was very hot.
