The breakfast buffet is also great! The air conditioning was a little confusing to get working :). It might be nice if they and a little card explaining that the temperature dial is not always accurate, or if they explained that at check-in.

Great location, rich breakfast (however, lacks vegetables ) , polite and helpful staff, very clean rooms Absolutely not noise proof - you can hear people next door sneezing ? as if they are sitting next to you . Uncomfortable pillows.

The best point is the location of the hotel, near to Porta Nuova. The Arriva bus terminus is roughly 100-150 m far from the hotel, therefore you can reach it easily. The reception guys are very friendly, but not able to counterbalance the impersonal feeling in the room, the breakfast room and the interieur in general. The above mentioned impersonal feeling is the most negative point. However the cleanliness is questionnable in the room, as big dustcats were waiting us when entering. Even the breakfast is not monotonous, but in reality those are the cheapest lots of a supermarket.

Super great location—easy to walk to shopping, grocery, restaurants, museums, vibrant at night, etc... Decent breakfast. Staff were great, very friendly, especially the night desk gentleman when I checked in late. They have a luggage room also for your checkout day if you want to visit town before leaving for the airport/train. It’s clearly a fixed up older hotel vs a super expensive hotel but it’s still pretty expensive. Wifi was not super good and went out during key work calls I had.

Great location within walking distance of many museums, shopping, and eateries. For $200 a night, it'd have been nice to have things like towels for 2 people and hair conditioner available.

The hotel is very well located, with easy walking access to the main tourist spots. The staff is very kind and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was very good. I traveled alone and felt very safe and comfortable enjoying the city.

The location of the hotel is fantastic. The staff are very nice, friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good value. Unfortunately the room I stayed in (201) was very noisy. I could hear everything from the room next door.

2 mins walk away from Porta Nuova station; 10 min walk away from Piazza Castello & main central tourist sights. Supermarket opposite & main shopping district round the corner . So location was excellent. Rooms were clean; modern ; spacious and v comfortable . Air conditioning wasn’t on - it was unusually warm when I was there in April but couldn’t get air con - and it got v hot indeed. The lifts are v old fashioned and small - only one person can get in at a time . And WI-FI was terrible. Could not get on it at all in my room - (214 in case you’re wondering) - had to sit outside my room on the stairs or go down to reception to use Wi-Fi. Very irritating- as the hotel says Wi-Fi is available everywhere.
