Really comfortable and tidy room which exceed expectations given the price, great value for money, friendly staff The cleaning team may not have realised my check-out time was 12pm due to a mix-up, so my room was made up with my personal items removed. Nevertheless those personal items were stored somewhere and were returned to me. I believe this is just an isolated incident and mistakes do happen, and I hope the staff do not feel too bad about this given they were very apologetic for the mistake and the issue was resolved very quickly, which greatly reduced the impact on my overall great experience.

Friendly welcoming staff , lovely large comfortable rooms . Good selection at breakfast. 15 minutes walk to start of main centre . Next to metro and supermarket. Bottle of water should be supplied free of charge each day , kept cleaning coffee machine when breakfast still running so had to keep asking for coffee .

Great location for shuttle bus to airport and has a sightseeing bus stop outside the hotel. The premises were very clean and restaurant staff were helpful with vegan food options Lobby and bar area seemed quite quiet in the evening

Very helpful staff. We were allowed check in several hours before scheduled which was extremely welcome. Great location, comfortable room. Not much to complain about!
