We also loved the robes and slippers provided. AC seemed to turn off in the middle of the night. Room was cool but then warmed up overnight.

Room was perfect. Large bathroom with great towels. The bathrobes were a bonus as were the slippers. Bed was super comfortable and the room was QUIET! The only complaint was the shower control was right under the shower head.

Very good location, easy access from the train station and easy access to the main shopping streets of Turin. The facilities and rooms are very good as well !

conveniently located next to the Porta Nova train station. Pleasant large bedrooms with high ceilings, with comfortable bathrooms (mine had a window) with comfortable beds. can be very noisy at night as it is in a pedestrian area with a lot of bars nearby.

It was a perfect location near Porta Nuova train station. It is a modern hotel with a varied and plentiful breakfast. Staff speak English as well as Italian. The rooms are large and the beds comfortable. This is our 2nd time in this hotel and we will be back. nothing

Brilliant location. Very clean. Best buffet breakfast we have had. Air con worked well. Towels changed every day and room cleaned. The only hotel or accommodation I've ever been in where chipped bowls were used at the breakfast buffet. Ninety percent of the cereal bowls had chips on the rims. Very surprising that this was allowed. We had to sort the bowls to find a cereal bowl that was not chipped. After about 6 days one of the servers asked us if we'd like a coffee. Up to that point it had never been made clear that guests could request a cappucino or other beverage at breakfast. The cappucinos were excellent and we ordered them from then on. Also, it appears the hotel is 'pet friendly' as we saw a couple in our lift and on our floor with a HUGE DOG obviously on the way to their room. Neither of us are dog fans and this was a bit off-putting. I wouldn't wish to stay in a hotel bedroom with the lingering smell of a dog (extremely distinctive if you are not a dog lover). These issues prevented us giving this hotel a perfect 10 score.
