Clean and well located.

Rossella was very helpful and even made the room available before check-in time. Huge value for the price as the flat is big with 2 big bedrooms. Very comfortable. Well located.

It was noisy from the streer during the night. Also, check-in process was too demanding.

Upon our arrival, we noticed the location was not safe. There were 4 young adults, directing traffic and standing on the corner of the street near the entrance of the unit, conducting what appeared to be drug activity. It is unsafe to go outside in the evening or park on the street. We ended up having no choice but paying the additional 25 euros for parking so we don’t end up getting our vehicle broken into. As far as the unit, when we arrived, it was very cold. The WiFi did not work. The blow dryer turned on, with a very loud and unusual noise, using it is a safety hazard. The bed sheets smelled of staleness and mold. There is absolutely nothing luxurious about this place.

It was very beneficial to have a parking spot for the stay ! The place had everything we needed and the location was great ! We had an amazing time in Torino ! Thanks also for the host who was accommodating !

Clean, central, excellent coffee machine. Ground floor, windows directly to the street, in an area that doesn’t feel safe at night (the windows are protected). Lighting in the flat was unpleasant. Shower water was not warm enough, flat temperature a bit low for my taste, and counts manage to regulate it.

Location, clean apartment, as look in the pictures in the description, good size , entrance/building clean and smell really good, the apartment is in first floor, the video for the check in was really helpful, Andrea was really nice explaining how it works the keys, washing machine, kitchen appliances, we were two blocks from the church that is a plus Like all the properties close to busy areas this one have some graffiti around, we arrived on Jan 1st so everything was close around, at night there where some yung guys hanging in the corner of the street with a speaker at first looks a bit dangerous but nothing to worry, inside the apartment it would be great to have something where to hang the clothes you wash and more hangers other that that the place is good

It was clean. Easy to access. Cookies as a little snack in the kitchen (thanks for that) -the location seems convenient but drug dealers where in front of our window. I wasn’t feeling safe and comfortable at all. -additionally, the apartment was super cold. Although we tried to use the heating system of the AC - we were freezing. -not enough toilet paper..

WiFi. Main network disappeared. Tried various other networks provided. Speeds between 1-2 Mbps.

The apartments are really top quality with all the amenities one could ask for. The safety and comfort are unmatched and we felt so blessed to have found this rental. The proximity to the train station and all the religious and downtown sites made out stay very efficient and productive. There is ample space and the beds, windows and a/c create an environment of comfort.

Nice and clean apartment, good value for money. Location was a bit scary. I needed to be near the station otherwise I wouldn’t stay there as the area is very rough and not exactly safe. Also didn’t like the idea about inputting my card details online for city tax payment. I choose payments by booking for a reason.

Great apartment, very spacious and a well equipped kitchen. Staff was very responsive. Only feedback is that in April, the airconditioning isn't yet available. The listing could improve by clearly stating when that can be turned on. Our first night was quite warm but because the weather got colder after that it was fine.
