The staff very nice and helpful. im happy i could communicate on whatsup before coming to the hostel.

staff, location, coffee room and patio. although the access after the closing hours of the front desk due to an evening flight was very professionally solved and all worked well, a 24h reception would upgrade the hostel.

The location is walkable from the main train station and reachable by tram to the bus station. The place is clean, comfy, and spacious. They provide clean towels for use which is very much appreciated. Also thanks to the free and nice breakfast provided even though it was not stated in the booking. Plus there is a kitchen for guest use downstairs. Nothing

Great location in the heart of a neighborhood with so many bars and restaurants. Walkable to everything in the city. I loved the guitar and ping pong table in the basement, and the staff were very accommodating, making my stay easy. I'm 6ft tall and the single bed I was in was quite small - not as comfortable as I'd like.

Friendly and welcoming staff, very spacious room. Neat and clean (daily cleaning of bedroom & in-room bathroom during my stay). Towels included. You can also have breakfast in their cafe (extra fee), which is a calm and quiet space to read or work. .

On regular days this hotel costs around €66, but due to the tennis match in Turin the price was raised to €300. Despite the significant price increase, basic amenities were not provided there were not even slippers in the room. This does not match the price or the expected standard

Great Restaurants nearby.

I don’t know why but water system doesn’t work well

Liked that there was nothing amiss, the full package was handled so well, leaving no room for critics (for me at least). There was nothing I didn't like!
-
Small bed on wheels that moved around through the night
-
Great staff, location, and good AC on a hot day!

Cleanliness is bad, I got bit by bugs. When cleaning staffs cleaned the rooms, they didn’t even check the conditions of the beds, so the base beds are dirty, besides, the shower was broken for a long time, it seems no one wants to fix it.

It is a must visit if you are looking for a budget friendly hostel close to the railway station. Most places in the city centre were accessible by walking. The hostel was clean and staff members were friendly. Hostel was equipped with kitchen, laundry space and playing room. Instructions to get inside after reception hours were clear and easy to follow. Would definitely book again if I go to Turin.
