However, when we arrived, the hotel had not prepared the 5 rooms as promised. Instead, we were given fewer rooms, and several of us had to share rooms or beds, even though we had paid for separate accommodations. When the time came for two guests to leave and two new ones to arrive – exactly as agreed in advance – the hotel suddenly refused to allow the change unless we paid an additional €1,740, with no extra room or service provided. This was completely unreasonable and felt dishonest. Furthermore, we experienced major issues with the service during our entire stay. • There was always a lack of cutlery in the restaurant, and if you arrived even just 30 minutes after dinner started, the selection of food was very limited. • In the evenings, it often took a very long time to receive drinks, even when the restaurant or bar was not particularly busy. • The staff spoke very poor English, and the reception employees were often rude, impatient, and unhelpful, making communication difficult and unpleasant. Overall, our experience at Mary Hotel was stressful, frustrating, and far from what we were promised. Poor communication, broken agreements, and low service standards

Everything , especially the decking out to sea That we tired to book before we left , but was told to wait to November. We wanted to book flights etc so have booked through another company, as don’t want to miss out .

Spa, entertainment staff Cutlery was not washed properly just wiped with cloth :(

Sirius Deluxe Hotel is a very luxurious and modernist hotel. Many, many, special thanks to the night manager Sehat that helped us and solved us every issue that we had. He is a great manager and very people oriented. I want to also thank to Ferat from A la Carte Restaurant. Food is delicious and serving was amazing! Please book A la carte if you want to plan your holiday at Sirius Deluxe! You will never regret! We enjoy the night at A la Carte and laught a lot thanks to Ferat! He welcomed us when we arrived (we arrived in the evening) and also showed us the area and the restaurants. Also I want to thank a lot to Gizem as she was very nice to us and smiling everytime. She knew that we like to drink turkish tea and everytime we came to take lunch/dinner, she served us with turkish tea. Also many thanks to Tufan from beach bar. The best guy ever! He knows english very good and also every morning served us with non-alchoolic Mojito. The best Mojito ever!!! Thank you! Also special thanks to Yusuf that asked feedback from clients and he is a very working person and is helping you with all your possible issues. Cleaning: Special thanks to Gonul abla! The best! The room was imaculate and cleaned every day. The pillows, towels and sheets were changed everyday!! Also the animals made from towels and flowers! ❤️ And the best surprize from the hotel are the two dogs Lili and Siri. It was love at the first time! ❤️ Please go to them and say hi! As a reccomendation: the food should be more varied and not so repetitive. More fruits and vegetables should be a must! A few vegetables and fruits were served in this period. Also “cilek” (strawberries) I wished you have in this period! Overall our stay was amazing!

Absolutely amazing security manager Hasan and night manager Serhat !! If you have any questions about your stay or hotel itself these two amazing guys will be there for you 24/7. They made our trip best ever. This hotel without them would not have any life. Hotel is built very luxury, they have amazing bungalows at the beach and beautiful patio to sit at night. Food and service at the restaurant. Food could be more dynamic for the price, staff at the restaurants should be preparing tables not waiting on you to wave at them or walk yourself to get some fork or spon. Their meat is not tasty at all. So whoever the chef is should add some more effort to the restaurant to catch with the rest of the stuff. Get better workers and better menu for 5star hotel. Also no life in the hotel their animators could do way better.!! Instead of just walking and inviting for night club.

Especially the cleanliness of the room was excellent. The variety of food was sufficient and it was delicious as it was prepared from quality products. All the staff at the hotel were always smiling and very helpful. Nothing.

The property was in a great location, food was really good and everything was clean.The staff was also good , but not all of them .Ibrahim ,Latife and Umut were the best .But i cant say the same for Kadir or some others. As a hotel for family or for cuoples i would further highly recommend it. The bad side was that it was really really loud and the internet was really slow and unstable.

All inclusive resort with good food options. Staff is super friendly and makes the stay enjoyable. Beds are decent but wont rate them 4 star beds per USA standards. You will still enjoy a good night sleep though.

the hotel is very nice and special thanks to the entertainment team especially the entertainment manger and ozlam. they made a very nice programs

The staff are the loveliest people ever. Especially the staff at the buffet restaurant. They all make you feel so welcome and comfortable. Everyone is so attentive to your needs and helpful. It was also really close to a lot of shops, restaurants and places to also book activities It was perfect, only that it was about an hour and 40 minutes from the airport but that’s not the hotels fault

The staff were very friendly and helpful ,the manager Mr.Ibrahim and guest relations staff were amazing ,the food was very good and the resort was very clean every thing about it was exceptional the night activities was not very fun for us.
