Spacious, well-kept single room and bath; comfortable bed; good breakfast and wi-fi. Friendly reception; I especially appreciated the good restaurant recommendations they provided on a city map. The location is right at the bus station, close to the train, and within a few blocks of the city center. Immediate environs are safe but unappealing; the hotel faces bus stands and a large parking lot, and is a couple of blocks from more attractive areas. Breakfast area in the cafe seems too small for the size of the hotel. I was told I could have a late check-out "till the cleaners arrive"-- who then knocked right at check-out time, 11 am!

Great location; good price and value for the money; a helpful, English-speaking staff; excellent breakfast with plenty of hot and cold choices. The electrical outlets were inconveniently placed; the light above the bed was glarlngly bright and positioned in a way that made its use, for me, impossible.

The hotel is within walking distance to the train station and exactly around the bus stops. I got a very warm welcome from the reception on Tuesday afternoon, and the hotel felt like home. My room was clean and cozy, and I could get free tea just down the stairs before sleeping. There were also books if you wanted to sit down with your drinks. The breakfast was healthy with good coffee, and the beautiful river walk is just around the block.

The hotel was a comfortable one night stay during our travels around Finland. The location was really convenient so close to both the bus and train stations, as well as the town centre. The breakfast at the connected café was great and we appreciated the access to the hot tea and coffee machine any time. The receptionist was very lovely.

The breakfast was more than we expected and the breakfast area was quiet and clean. The staff at the hotel helped us find out how to get to the ferry and made recommendations of places to visit and to eat.

Perfect one night stay before heading out to bike the Archipelago tour with the starting bicycle lane alongside the hotel. Budget hotel with a clean room and good breakfast. Close to train station and sights. Nothing
