Grand Canyon Hotel and Suites

The shower in our room only had Luke-warm water, which was a bit frustrating. Additionally, the walls and door was incredibly thin, we could hear everyone in the hallway and in rooms next door. Finally, we would get back late at night and always struggled to find parking. How does a hotel not have enough parking for all of their guests?

Perfect stay for our Grand Canyon experience!

Overall we had a good stay in this hotel, it is within the park so granted you get less for the money but we chose it specifically for the location so no complaints there. It is odd however that they take forever to return the incidental fee, when emailed they responded saying it is up to my bank which I don’t think it is true as we stayed in 3 other hotels during this trip in multiple states and never had an issue, got the return fee the next day after checking out

Overall our stay was pleasant, breakfast area could be bigger. At 7 am was packed with guests waiting to get empty table to sit down.

We’ve stayed here before. This is an okay place. Nothing fancy, which is fine. We like that it’s very close to the NP entrance. The included breakfast is a plus.

The room was clean & comfortable. The breakfast was delicious! We loved the omelets! Was not fond of the parking as we had to park out back. Staff were all helpful & polite.

The breakfast was always maintained well. Especially those early mornings and even after the breakfast bar was closed. They also had snacks available.

This hotel is in dire need of a renovation. The sink was clogged, the toilet seat was broken and the shower head had debris coming out of it. The breakfast was not good with minimal options.

We were looking for something affordable, clean, and close to the Grand Canyon. We found it! We were well pleased and would book a room here again without a question. The room was cooled well--even in this tremendous heat. The breakfast included a varied of items--something to please everyone in our party.

The property was clean and modern enough for a 1 night stay while checking out the Grand Canyon. We didn't access the pool but could see it was pretty busy. The breakfast was fine other than them having run out of several items and the employee refusing to bring out more due to having to ration their stock. So that was odd. The breakfast staff member with the moustache and nose ring wasn't the most pleasant and pretty dismissive when I asked about it. Oh, and the bananas were black and practically mush. Why even bother putting them out at that state of ripeness??
