Came in on our way to Tennessee. There was a power outage but the property let me know ahead of time. Was very accommodating and I would stay again.

It was a pleasure to stay here. The room was clean, and the customer service was excellent. Marion at the reception was particularly helpful, friendly, and provided a great deal of information.

LOVED this location and property - Staff were so friendly and helpful (I stopped by the desk several times), and restaurant on site was excellent. Great stay and would definitely book again.

I knew only what Hotels.com said about the Lodge. It is much larger that I expected but check-in was great and the room perfect. There was a small problem with the toilet but they fixed it before I could report it. The bed and shower are big, the bed comfortable and the breakfast great. I will certainly stay here if I get back to the Grand Canyon.

The place was very clean, appeared to be well maintained, the staff was very friendly, they do have a small gym, a laundry room and well lit and ample parking. Overall a pleasant but short experience, if we ever make the trip back to the canyon we will be staying here again.

Good location, if you can’t or don’t want to stay inside Grand Canyon National Park. Quite little town.

Everything was great. The property is clean, the room was clean, the hotel was quiet and in a great location. Staff was extremely helpful and provided information on different spots to visit at the canyon. The hotel is literally down the street from the Grand Canyon entrance and only a 5 min (if that) drive to the entrance. The hotel is surrounded by different restaurants and most are dog friendly. We will stay here when we come back to visit. Highly recommend.

This property was very close to the Grand Canyon National Park. They had fresh coffee available at all times which was nice. There was no breakfast served.
