It was fine. Just stayed one night before going to GC. Pl lo nice, gym dirty and minimal -no wipes to clean equ, carpet in room dirty, not very friendly, we arrived an hour early and there is an early check I. Fee so we went to dinner at the steak house then checked in.

Picture we're a bit deceiving. The property has been updated but still has a very old feel. (Like outlets in bathroom are original.. my hair dryer plug kept slipping out). Bed was super comfy and room was clean. Appreciated the indoor/outdoor pools, hot tubs and kids loved arcade and nightly smores. Restaurants are boring with extremely simple menus.. but there are no better options in town.

A special thank you to Guillermo at the front desk, who was extremely helpful and provided outstanding customer service. The young man working in the family gift shop was also very friendly and welcoming. We would also like to recognize the bartender who worked on Friday and Saturday—she always had a smile on her face and made every interaction a pleasant one. The combination of excellent service, clean accommodations, and a friendly atmosphere made this a memorable trip for our family. We had a really wonderful time and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting the Grand Canyon!”

This was an awesome hotel for my family. We had so much fun swimming! Rooms were nice and clean. Convenient location if you want to see Grand Canyon Awesome weather…so much cooler than Tucson! We would definitely stay again.

Negatives: Hotel cleanliness was less than desirable… shower curtain was filthy, full of mildew. The outside pool had a film around the entire top perimeter (not sure if it was mold or from body oils/creams. Room cleanliness was just fair.
