Location is good The check-in location was hard to find. It would be better to include a clearer note in the email.

Very inconsistent at the breakfast buffet. Did not replenish items quickly. Didn't compensate when they knew it would be extremely busy during TET. Language difficulty with English more than I expected.

Quiet and comfortable It was difficult to get early check in even we requested 3 weeks ago with one baby . No option or alternative solution was given. We got room @12:30pm after complaining

The resort is really beautiful and the location is great. Phu Yen is a quiet area but there is a lot to discover within the range of an hour drive. The staff in the hotel is very friendly and provides a great service. We will go there again. In the gym there were no towels provided and some of the equipment did not work but the location of the gym is amazing.

Lovely staff, doing their best I am sure, but an air of anxiety and over-eagerness to please makes the place harder to enjoy and to really relax. Is the management regime too strict? If you want to attract more foreign guests then better English skills are needed among staff

Staff are very friendly, helpful, and pay attention to details to make sure our stay is happy. Rooms are spacious, very clean and comfortable. Love the design of the resort, nested within the local Casuarina and Prickly Pear trees. It's a germ in Phu Yen. If you love nature, pure beach side aura and flora, this is a place for you.

We had a wonderful vacation at Stelia Beach Resort and couldn’t be happier with our experience! The staff was exceptionally friendly and customer-oriented, always going above and beyond to ensure we had a perfect stay. The food was delicious and exceeded our expectations. Whenever our family visited us, they were treated with the utmost respect and care. We truly felt at home and pampered. We can't wait to return to Stelia Beach Resort for our next getaway. Highly recommended! We hope the hotel stays like this, maintaining their excellent service and hospitality. The only downside was that during check-out, we were asked about missing washcloths (face towels) in the room, even though we had not received any washcloths in the last few days of our vacation. Perhaps we should have requested them to avoid this situation. Fortunately, we were able to resolve the issue and did not have to pay for any missing washcloths.

The room was spacious, staff very friendly. Someone went into our room during dinner to close the curtains and ‘prepare’ the bed. I don’t appreciate someone going in the room without consent or prior knowledge. Breakfast was extremely confusing. We got served a lot of things we didn’t want or ask for. The dishes on the menu were not what you expected. It’s a confused menu and service. If there was a next time we would go for some breakfast on the streets.

Really great staff attitude, friendly, welcoming, helpful. Fantastic, well-equipped Villa, excellent pool. We really enjoyed the breakfast. It was easy to get a car from Grab for a short drive in to town, there are some excellent restaurants nearby. The spa was very friendly and spotlessly clean. Excellent value compared to other hotels too. It is very easy to recommend this resort and we will definitely be back Nothing, even the weather was great :)

Very modern upper class resort. We came off season and had basically the whole resort to ourselves. We liked the spa a lot. Nothing, due to the low occupancy the hotel was a little short staffed, which is understandable.

Absolutely wonderful experience. Beautiful design and well maintained. This beach side resort opened in 2019 before covid, been through Covid and still looks brand new which is amazing. We booked the garden view room with king bed which is about 75m2, huge room for 2 people, everything spotless and smelled so good. Spa: amazing, we stayed for 1 night and did 2 spa sessions, one when we first arrived and waiting to be checked in, it was soooo good we had to come back the next morning after an early swim. Swimming pool was gorgeous and must have been a 4 seasons pool because the water was already warm at 6am. Room service and buggie service were very efficient. Breakfast buffet was lovely, nice spread of food even for low season. But the most impressive aspect for us was their service. Everybody was so warm and sweet and efficient. We were driven around by buggie for a tour of the resort and every staff (even the gardening staff or the organic veggie garden staff who were busy would stop what they’re doing to wave and smile at us, amazing to say the least). I can confidently say this is by far the best service we’ve experienced in Vietnam, and for the amount of money paid for the room, we got soooo much beyond expectation. None, all perfect, 100000/10

It was a stunning and exotic place to stay. Beautiful pool, pool bar, room are incredible clean, big, amenities and the fact you’re surrounded by nature is amazing. We really enjoyed two swimming pools. Also loved front able to walk out the door and be steps away from the beach. Every staff I came across was very kind, helpful and always bent over backwards to make sure we were looked after. They did everything they can to make your stay comfortable and special. Food was decent, too. The welcome drink was special. The breakfast was amazing! So tasteful and with a great variety of options!

The breakfast location is not too far to your room, but you need to walk about 2-5 minutes. Walking to the breakfast restaurant in the morning under the path covered by trees is fun and chill. You have to walk across the street to the beach. There's no private walk path.
