Most everything was high quality and enjoyable. Excellent breakfast and restaurants. Great proximity to the beach. Poor shower design because the water runs into the rest of the bathroom including on top of the sink counter because it isn’t sealed.

Very clean, large and beautiful swimming pool with tunnel across the road to the sea. It's a great place to relax.

Overall the villa is decent and up to the expected level for the local standards. Quiet, comfortable bed, clean, modern central ventilation system, WiFi. It’s not thought over well and not well designed in every detail. The pool is too shallow and cold, we didn’t use it. No towel racks inside, so much space but nowhere to put wet towels and bathrobes. The bathroom floor is too slippery, you can fall and die, and the shower is not separated. The tap in the basin is too short, so everything around is wet after washing hands, nowhere to put the soap bar. Everything wet all the time, only one floor towel is not enough. Only 2 tiny bottles of water provided per day, which is a standard for a cheap hotel, and this Villa aims another level - shall I run to the reception in the middle of the night to buy? Also reusable resin slippers. No pillows on the sofa, so it’s not comfortable enough. And the list goes on.

Everything balcony ,terrace ,hygiene,breakfast,space,beautiful garden,amazing plants,very clean pool,Ocean restaurant, simplicity of check in and out,privacy list is to long We travel often in Asia and each time we like to visit different accommodation but this place we have to come back however this is only place that tick 95% of all of our boxes Well done!!!!! Maybe luck of English language for potentially more guests but is nothing that google translator can’t do it

Comfortable rooms. Great and reasonably priced on site restaurant. Really nice pools and beach. Played the same song over and over all day! Beach club in the evenings a bit loud. Service a bit variable.

The place is amazing everything is high quality and the staff is super friendly and helpful. We did have a really really good experience here. Also the Tuy Hoa is an amazing quit place to go around in. All good.

A luxury resort that goes beyond the norm. Everything is top notch and I would advice everyone to give it a try. The staff is really really helpful in every way possible. The property is kept in good shape and all around the clock you see workers maintaining to keep it in excellent shape. If you wanna experience a luxury stay this is the place to be. But… if you wanna experience Vietnamese culture this isn’t the place to be. The only contact you’l get with Vietnamese culture is the middle class Vietnamese who are upping their game. Well, they’ve got these rules. You can’t take anything from outside into the property. No food deliveries or takeaways from outside because they need to make money with their own restaurant and things (restaurant is excellent by the way). I get that, but fining people for breaking the rules? Not making me happy. Another one is their laundry service. Steep prices. Cleaning a single item can easily cost you 120k but outside you get 3,5kg done for 90k. Go figure. (Do wonder if they outsource to the local laundry shops ?, good margin though.)

We had an amazing experience staying at this resort. The property is absolutely beautiful, with well-maintained grounds and stunning views. The breakfast was a real highlight fresh, delicious, and with a great variety to choose from. What truly made the stay special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive to every detail. I felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing and memorable getaway!

The breakfast is fine with a wide variety of foods. The offerings are catered to Vietnamese guests. The fruit served was not the variety that most foreign tourists would like.

Very general, foods provided so basic Elderly people could not walk the stairs, in rain conditions there are no cover to walk to the restaurant, people could slipped or get wet before get to the restaurant
