Bare bones accommodation a fair way from any shops or restaurants. Fine if you have a motorbike (you can rent from owner if needed). Friendly and helpful owners and beach is a short walk away. It is a basic Vietnamese hotel which is reflected in the price. Fine for motorists traveling through but perhaps less so for longer stays. It is what it is and if you are on a budget, the price is right.

There was NO HOT WATER and the owner told us to leave and look for another hotel. No hot water in a cold day, it is almost inhabitable.

Room was clean and the staff was very nice and kind. The hotel Is very close to the beach and It has a nice garden where you can relax. Also they rent scooter so you can easily go to the city center

The fridge worked well. Close to the beach. I booked a deluxe room with a balcony and there WAS a filthy balcony but NO ACCESS to it as the window is fixed which means there is no natural ventilation in the room. With the afternoon sun it becomes a sauna. The A/C didn't work well. The sheet was sewn up. The plug socket near the bed didn't work. There is no light switch near the bed. The soap dispensers in the bathroom were disgusting and the walls weren't clean. It's far from any shops and restaurants. Don't be fooled by the cheap price, it's possible to find much better for the same price.

Nothing It's a lie! There is no pool and there is no view of the pool, we were assigned a different room than the one we booked and the balcony is shared with the next room. I didn't like the hotel.

I stayed at this hotel for a few days. I liked everything. The rooms are clean and spacious, with a beautiful view from the window. Upon arrival, the owner met me at the entrance and helped me upstairs with a suitcase. The hostess is a very friendly, sociable and positive woman. All my questions and requests were answered quickly and promptly. the only small disadvantage: there's no elevator, I had to ask the owners to lower my suitcase from the 3rd floor. in general, I am satisfied with everything, the location is excellent, near the sea and a beautiful park. I was greeted very warmly when I stood out. If I ever come to Tui Hoa again, I will definitely come back. Thanks nothing to complain about. everything was just GREAT!
