Cinta Grill & Inn

Location, location, location! Staff were very warm and welcoming. Would be great if breakfast can start as early as 7am since most tours starts at 9am.

The staff were friendly, and the ambience of the hotel was wonderful. We loved the pool and the way vegetation had been planted beside it, and in front of the hotel. The courtyard location of the pool made it feel really private, and we loved being able to go for a swim directly from our hotel room. The beds were extremely comfortable and we slept very well indeed. The food was delicious. Drinks including wine were also very good. The hotel arranged a driver for us, and he was friendly and knowledgeable about the local area, readily adapting to our requests even when they differed from expectations. The hotel also arranged excellent massages for both of us. We greatly enjoyed our stay and are very happy to recommend Cinta Inn.

Staff super and very attentive at all times. Breakfasts were delicious and presented beautifully. I decided to eat there also in the evenings as I knew whatever was presented would be tasty. Room was clean and Made is the king of towel art which always made me smile. I loved the location and easy to wander around the town and beyond. As I was travelling solo was so nice that the staff knew my name and I felt as if I was part of the Cinta family so never felt alone. Nothing to mention here

Special recognition to the housekeeper during the day. I am sorry, I think his name starts with a "M". He was above and beyond to help me find laundry services and ironed my wrinkled clothing. Thank you I wish there was a separate entrance for hotel guest apart from the restaurant

Good, central location. You don't get any information upon check-in where to pay or when/where breakfast will be.

Everything was excellent :) the bed was comfortable, the pool had a good temperature and you’re right in the middle of Ubud with loads of shops, restaurants and bars. I felt just at home as I was sick during my stay and got plenty support - special thanks to Made! Will definitely come back! Nothing

We have been staying at Cinta for the last five years ,before covid so feel this is proof that we thoroughly enjoy the friendly staff and everything they have to offer. Nothing!!!!

The room quality was above expectations and at par with more expensive properties. Restaurants close by may be best in Ubud. Hotel restaurant is also very good. Hotel is centrally located. Finally the people in Bali are full of positive energy and lots of smiles. Breakfast was not available till 8:30 to 9:00. That was a bit late for me. Sometimes I forget I am on vacation.

Confort and size of the room. Breakfast. You choose what you want from a list ( is not a big list and you only can choose one group, if you choose omelet we are dropping the croissant or pankake. The fruit is allways included. The location. Crossing the restaurant to reach the room area is not very pleasent. Star serving the breakfast only after 08:15 is not a nice thing to start the day...Ubud has a lot to see and to visit and usually the drivers pick up the tourist around 08:00 or early.

Cinta inn was absolutely wonderful . The staff were so lovely and helpful especially Mardi who made me feel at home and was extremely helpful assisting me with bookings and planning my day if needed. Thankyou . The food in the cinta grill was of such a high standard I was delighted Highly recommended

The restaurant of the property is excellent. We chose to have there almost all of our meals. The staff is also very friendly and ready to help. The rooms are a bit run down and there was water running from the ceiling because of the A/C. Also, our room (and it seems all the rooms on the ground floor) offer very little privacy: You need to have all the blinds completely shut, so that people passing outside to get to their rooms would not see you. The cleanliness also was not to the highest of standards and the room had a bad smell most of the time.
