Attentive staff/owners. Everything was clean and the bungalow cared for every day. The place itself is set away from the main busy street so it's quiet and relaxing. Expect a visit from a monkey or two as you are close to the monkey forest. Ubud center is one quick kilometer walk away unless you want to take a taxi and get stuck in traffic. Breakfast served is basic but nice. The pool onsite is a welcome cool down during a warm day. The bathroom could do with a little update.

Location and setting: very quiet yet just 50m from the main busy street We liked everything: the bed was comfortable the breakfast varied and rich. An improvement could be modernizing the bathroom and adding a hair drier.

LI! Ubud Quiet, lovely, off-the-main road location. Monkeys show up occasionslly, but are no problem...particularly with "Bouchee" on guard. He is the adorable dog who is "Chief of Staff" and official greeter. The rooms are large, immaculate, and cleaned every day. Coffee, tea, and water are provided. There was no TV...which I LOVED! Who goes to Bali to watch TV?? The very large bathroom also featured a tub! The landscaping is lush, and each unit has a nice view. Moderate-size but adequate swimming pool that was impeccably clean. The staff couldn't be nicer...all lovely people! We will undoubtedly rebook for any future trips to Bali! While the breakfast was passable (ordered from a simple menue), don't expect to "fill up" if you're used to a fulll Western breakfast, it's best to keep snacks and some additional food on hand. There is a fridge in the room. Only serious complaint was an almost TOTAL LACK OF HANDRAILS on the several sets of stairs leading to most rooms. These stairs must always be used for returning to tmost rooms...even after using the pool,and/or at night... and could present a real potential hazard for some. It would be a simple, inexpensive fix to add HANDRAILS and LIGHTING. Other than, everything was fine. Highly recommend.

Central and quiet. Oasis from tourists but still easy access if you want to partake. Garden is lovely. Pool is deep and refreshing after a day of site seeing. Staff members are very sweet and kind Breakfast was delicious but very limited

The room had a smell due to moisture. A/C helped. It wasnt severe. Other than thst it was a good experience and I recommend.

The location was perfect, we could easily walk to sights in Ubud, restaurants and other services. The room was very quiet and comfortable, and the breakfast had a couple of choices and was very good. nothing comes to mind

Great place to stay. Perfect accommodation. Plenty restaurants on the street but very quiet. Great choice for breakfast. We even extended a night.

The location was centric, the bungalows are clean and comfortable, the garden and the swimming pool charming and the staff super friendly and made me feel welcome.

The bathroom did not feel clean, the ground felt sticky and there was a sewage drain that was open and bubbling with water in it, and the hot water ran out almost immediately both times I went to take a shower. It was a decent place for my first night in Ubud to walk places and find a new place to stay but I would not return.

Beautiful property with lots of friendly monkeys running about. Nice pool and clean room. And the most friendly staff. Great value. Will always stay here if coming to Ubud.

We loved the friendliness and hospitality of the staff—they went above and beyond to make us feel like part of the family, and nothing was ever too much to ask. The accommodation was of the highest standard: clean, comfortable, and relaxing. The beautiful swimming pool, the adorable dog we fell in love with, and the fantastic breakfast all made our stay unforgettable. That we didn't stay longer.

The family was lovely! We slept in a quiet peaceful clean room. Beds comfortable. Nice shower. We saw monkeys in the yard! And the owner even came to help when the monkey tried to snatch my daughter’s purse! We had a yummmy breakfast and there were so many great places in walking distance.
