Great location, private balcony entrance to your room

I had a truly wonderful stay and was very impressed with the overall experience from beginning to end. The staff were incredibly warm, friendly, and helpful throughout my entire stay, always making sure that every guest felt welcomed and well looked after. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail really stood out and made a big difference. Whenever I needed assistance or had a question, they were always happy to help with a smile, which created such a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were also excellent very clean, spacious, comfortable, and well maintained every day. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job, and everything felt fresh and organized throughout my stay. The bed was comfortable, and the room had all the facilities needed for a relaxing and enjoyable visit. What I appreciated most was the genuine care and hospitality shown by the entire team. They truly go above and beyond to make guests feel valued and comfortable. Overall, it was a pleasant, stress-free, and memorable experience, and I would happily stay here again in the future and highly recommend it to others. N/A

The beds were very comfortable and the pool is excellent. The location is very central, however is quiet, despite being just off the main street. The grounds have a lot of friendly birds and dogs and is in walking distance of lots of great bars and restaurants. The bathroom did not smell great, and it would have been handy to have a fridge in the room.

The staff was amazing. I luckily chose the best room in the villa. The view both in the morning and evening was fantastic.

The staff were nice and welcoming it in the middle of of every it just a walking distance to massage shopping and close while driving to temple or activity near ubud as it ubud street. It so not updated no renovation very old smell very dirty including the toilet as it so hard to wash you feel like dirty it very not accommodating.it okay for the money worth but that okay they have to do maintenance and more clean the faucet the washroom the bed sheet everything including the cap board the skidding door everything. Thank you hope you can work on that.

Room size , cleanliness was good 3 dogs not on leash always bark and make customers scared while going and coming inside was not pleasent

Huge room

The position was tremendous, and the staff were extremely friendly. Breakfast was substantial with a set menu. The pool was clean and well received to cool down. The rooms were large and cleaned daily. I would stay again when next in Ubud. Bathrooms were slightly dated but functional and clean.

Location is the only thing that's good about this property Please don't expect the hotel to provide you water bottle after 9:00 pm, they made me walk 3kms just to get water at 11:00 pm at night after a tiring day just to get a water bottle.

Good location and very spacious room with water provided and regular housekeeping Very noisy, was woken up every morning at 5/6am to chickens/roosters, dogs and birds all making noise that didn’t stop. Room was a bit dirty.

Location, rooms, If they had a small bar fridge in the rooms I would rate this property 10/10 Rooms are big and could easily fit a fridge.

Very lovely and friendly staff in a good location, right in the centre of ubud (though this does mean it’s quite noisy). I love the infrastructure surrounding the home stay, and the room was very spacious and I appreciate the included breakfast. Overall good value for price. The water pressure is very weak in the shower and taps and sometimes no water came through. The ac was also incredibly loud I had to sleep with headphones in. Beds were not very comfy and was some loud dogs and cockerels. I also feel very bad for all the birds in tiny cages around the home stay.

Great place, spacious room, clean towels everyday, sweetest staff ever! The dogs are scary and bark alot when they see your one tried to bite my boyfriend.... Ao, i was scared everyday we we had to go outside. Because of the heavy rainfall the whole place was filled with water except the hotel room ofc. because they were placed higher up. But make sure to wear slippers and short pants.
