Security is a bit of an issue. The doors out front and the back are loose, so best to be mindful of your valuables.

Staff were nice and helpful. Location was further away from the main road so it was more quiet. First 3 days there was no hot water for some reason, make sure to confirm with staff about it. A bit of construction noise going on during the day with other properties on the street.

The property is potentially very nice! For whatever reason I think it will need some maintenance construction and clear the water for the health of the fish!

Amazing staff, cute stay and vibe, rustic, location is just close enough to village. Some rooms need updating, better landscape around pool

So cute with little moats with koi fish around each cottage. Quite a long walk to the main street (about 10 mins). No windows! Lots of gaps in wooden plank walls for mozzies. Mozzie net provided but would prefer no gaps.

The staff were amazing. The food delicious and cheap. Breakfast was only $5aud and was a 3 course meal!! The bed was super comfy and pillows fantastic. This can really make or break a trip for us. Was so quick and easy to get into main town Ubud also The shower was TRASH!! We only had hot water for a brief window- 5pm to 6pm. Outside of that there was only cold water. We were also in room 1 and this backed off the kitchen and main reception. We could hear their conversations and I am positive they culd hear ours. That also meant they could hear us in the bathroom.

Great location and lovely staff! We were in the room right next to the kitchen so it could be quite loud and it smelt of sewage often which was quite unpleasant
