Very clean, nice and well kept pool, good breakfast served on the patio at the requested time every morning. Biggest need ever! This is a two room guest house so quiet and nice! A hair dryer and a change of shower head would make it absolutely perfect.

The villa itself was basic but had everything you would need for a relaxing stay in Ubud. Madi’s breakfasts were wonderful and she was also very helpful, especially with our very late check in. The room was cleaned daily and the surroundings were also well maintained. The area is very peaceful but still within walking distance to Ubud town. Some small improvements and updates would really make a big difference here. For example, the pool towels smelled really badly and the shower towels were stained. The sheets were also stained and the extra cushions on the bed smelled really badly too. The rainy season doesn’t help for drying towels and so new towels every day would have been a small but welcome improvement.

friendly welcome, helpful staff, carrying my luggage the long way to the bungalow, transport at reasonable price quiet bungalow, good size for a family of four, nice terrace with garden view, clean pool, large bathroom with working hot shower, parking for motorbikes available, wifi fast and reliable, flat screen tv with working cable channels (eg Prime, Netflix) basic breakfast, prepared fresh, a menu to choose from would be nice not suitable for guests with a car ( deadend road only for motorbikes)

Air-con did not work properly , bathroom towels smelled mouldy. Swimming pool water was very cloudy and it worried me, toilet was smelly. No reception.

I like everything about the place. The atmosphere, the surrounding area. Everything is clean.

Super friendly family owners, beautiful flowers and gardens, tasty (though small) breakfast, clean and spacious room, big, comfortable bed, quiet and lovely setting. Only that the bed pillows were too thick/high.
