The location is great, and we love the stuff, being there for second time. The guys are awesome, really friendly and very attentive

The hotel it’s a little inn, clean and organized. The room was spacious and comfortable. The pool was good for refreshing after a day of sightseeing. The staff was very polite, kind and welcoming. The hotel it’s a little distant to the main area, so there are not that many restaurants or shops close by. By the other hand, it’s quiet and you will walk around 15 minutes to reach the main road. There is a big construction right at the side of the hotel, so, although the balcony in our room was great, we could not really enjoyed it because there was no privacy.

We love everything! From the price of the stay, to the spacious and clean rooms up until the services offered by the staffs, everything was perfect! ?? None!

The hospitality was top. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Big thanks to them! Maybe the lack of facilities and options for breakfast. + the construction near.

Well-maintained place, clean rooms, attentive staff. Floor in room was very slippery, doors and bedframe creaks quite a bit.

Everything, it’s a quiet street with 5 min walk to Ubud palace. The facilities are great. The staff is amazing I can’t complain. It’s great value for money

Wonderful stay at Swahita Ubud! The staff were absolutely awesome so kind and attentive. I felt completely safe here, and the location made it easy to access town and explore. The breakfast option was lovely, and since our departure was before breakfast hours, they kindly prepared a breakfast-to-go box for us. Highly recommend!

This is not the fault of the hotel but the view was of a construction site. Again not the hotels fault. Otherwise I find no fault

We loved everything about this Hotel. The staff couldn't do enough for us. Coffee by the pool ☕ so friendly and accommodating in every way. Room was fantastic modern and clean. AC was great. Too many apologies given for construction work at the back of the hotel but this did not affect our view of the Hotel whatsoever. Short walk into Ubud centre but far enough not to notice! Breakfast was lovely. Would book again in a heart beat ? No comment! 10/10.

The main highlight of the hotel was its location which is a few minutes walk from Ubud main road. We stayed for 4 nights and during our stay the staff were so nice and helpful, they even had our names remembered which we thought was lovely. - Room was spacious . - Bathroom was clean. - Room service were clean. Havent tried their breakfast nor the pool so I cant review those, but the pool looked nice. I know it isnt a 5-star hotel so Im not expecting anything fancy, just the basics. I think having a phone in the room is necessary which wasnt available.

Unfortunately, this place was not clean at all! On my first day of stay, I found all towels and blankets with dark marks. I asked them to change them, and even the new bed sheets were with dark marks. From the second day, I found ants on my bed. I continued to kill them, but new ones were arriving out of no were. On my last night of stay I complained about it and they changed all. The place is 20/25 minutes far from the center by walk on a non popular street. It depends if someone finds it okay to walk an hour just to reach the market and famous places in the center. The other guests' noises can be easily heard from side walls, which made it difficult to sleep during the night.

I will stay there again! Very tasteful place. Quiet location but close to everything. Terrific staff.

Fantastic location, fantastic staff, clean and tidy and did I mention the fantastic staff!! I didn’t care but, there’s construction going on across the creek, we weren’t bothered by it at all as we didn’t spend all day in our room staring out the window.

The hotel is not far from the main street. We found it very easy to get around on our bike. The room was clean and a good size. The staff were excellent! We would have liked to have stayed longer

I guess what we didn’t like is that there was no variety in the menu; the food portions became smaller and smaller; and the chef wasn’t available at one point for dinner so we had to order out.
