Fantastic location close to restaurants, services, money exchange, and a pharmacy. The staff are incredibly friendly. We tried the hotel's restaurant the grills were amazing, and the breakfast was delicious (they serve great cappuccino too!). The room was very clean and well-stocked with all amenities, including plates and utensils. Everything amazing

It was very convenient and l really enjoyed.. Beakfast was ok...room comfortable with lots of bench space for our luggage.. Pool unique...outdoor/indoor. Not the most modern hotel...but had a good feel..? Breakfast only average but ok.. Light for reading at night too dim..

- well attentive and hospitable staff - 24-hour reception - very clean - Sri’s deep tissue massage at the spa - room cleaned everyday and water bottles replenished - electric sockets inside the room didn’t need an adaptor for me to charge my mobile - fast and reliable WiFi - the Nasi Goreng Kecombrang (breaded chicken) which is part of their restaurant’s Express Lunch - helped me book a taxi - inclusion of local delicacies in the dessert selections of their buffets - good location, very near various business establishments (money changer, restaurants, cafes, stores, etc.) - I wish they’d have more variety in their dinner buffets. I ate there for two straight evenings and majority of the dishes were the same - I wish there’d be more interesting beverage selection in their restaurant - poor placement of the kettle inside the room. Got my arm burned when I used it. - I wish breakfast will open earlier, especially for those who are going on tours for the day. Maybe open 6 or 6:30am. If buffet isn’t possible yet, then maybe offer à la carte only, plus coffee
