Clean and beautiful pool Booked in wrong room and had to ask to move

Location

Clean, well located, nice pool and view. Verry narrow access to pass with the scooter, but doable, staff made some mistakes with our food orders and was not whiling to change or make up for it.

I stayed here several times and would come back anytime. It’s quiet, peaceful, and some of the rooms have really nice views.

Loved the view from my balcony , the bed was comfortable and the room interior very nice and functional ..

The location is perfectly secluded off the main road which makes it incredibly peaceful to sit out on the balcony and be amongst the sounds of nature. The bed was comfortable, the AC was quiet and efficient, the shower was hot- bonus for the rain shower so nothing else in the bathroom gets wet. The staff were helpful and sent my laundry twice, which comes back smelling so lovely (as does their towels, which were high quality). The room had a cupboard, safe box, sheer and blackout curtains in front of the sliding doors. Perfect for privacy, sleeping, and daylight. The room also had shelves, kettle, tea, drinking water, and a bedside lamp. Another room had a ceiling fan as well. It’s close to a major yoga hub and the street that it’s on has everything you need. There were ants, itty bitty tiny ones, but you’re truly amongst the trees and it really isn’t bothersome. To be frank, ants in Bali isn’t unheard of so it was fine.

Beautiful views from balconies and pool. Helpful staff. Good laundry service. They helped with trip booking, we had an issue with one which they resolved and sorted refund for us. We were originally put in a room without balcony, I showed them our booking said with balcony and they moved us. Big rooms and hot shower. Best shower we've had in Bali! The location is weird, can't get to it by car or bike so have to do some walking.

Great location and view . Comfortable bed.

We booked three rooms, and overall, the hotel has a very strategic location. It’s close to the main road, shops, and many attractions, which made getting around easy and convenient. The balcony views, especially from the bottom rooms facing the small jungle, were peaceful and scenic. The cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms was great, making our stay comfortable. The room on the second floor was particularly pleasant, with little to no insect issues, which was a relief. While we booked three rooms, the two rooms on the bottom floor had issues with insects due to their balconies facing the jungle. The narrow and poorly lit pathway to the entrance was another drawback, especially at night. Additionally, the sudden blackouts in all the rooms were frustrating. Although the owner mentioned it was a common problem in the area, it would be much better if this issue were resolved to improve the overall experience.

Just the location The room smell so bad

Location was okay close to supermarket, however I had to move closer to dentist office on the other side of town. The bugs the height of the table I do realize that this place was made for short people but I think y'all should upgrade for taller people to be more convenient for everyone. Not knowing there was a plug-in adapter in my drawer that I could plug into the wall till the day I left would have been nice to know. All these rooms say they have a TV but they don't so I would like whatever is on the post to be accurate and truthful that's all.

I didn't like that I couldn't stay longer.

Stuff is so friendly and the view is amazing

Was very central and easy to get to Sadly the bed was very uncomfortable and there were a lot of ants in the room. The description also states sound proof but we could hear everything happening around us and noise being made before 8am. The bathroom is very small and you would at least expect clean towels when the room is being cleaned.

Pleasant

A lovely little stay, I was there for a week. I had a pretty view and the front outside sitting area was also a lovely little touch. The room was clean and neat, the mattress was definitely on the firmer side. It is down a lovely little alley way off the street, which is easy enough to walk with your bags. Im prone to being attacked by mozzies and midgees and so could only spend the late nights in there as there were although pretty, they were open tiles above the doors. I had a devised process of alot of fly spray and mosquito repellent to ward them off. If these little open windows above the door could be covered with netting it would be a perfect stay. I had to time not to be in there morning and afternoon so as not to be attacked, otherwise it was a lovely spot

Nothing! DO NOT STAY HERE! Read the other REVIEWS! The owner keeps defending himself instead of solving problems. First, they don't change sheets. It smelt of someone else's sweat! Second, it is in a very, very small alley and it hard to get to. They do give you instructions though?. Some of the rooms are on the 3rd floor and you have to walk on a very narrow staircase! Third, there was no water for a whole day and the owner says that whole of Ubud doesn't have water! He lies a lot. Fourth,there was no hot water and I tried the "trick" that he suggested and also called the staff. They said "sorry no hot water!" Fifth, some of the staff don't take a shower from a few days and stink a lot. He didn't even refund the money for the one day that there was no water. HE LIES A LOT. Reply to this will be interesting!

I really enjoyed my time! The staff were incredibly helpful and kind. The rooms and the pool were also nice! The location is perfect too - just a few minutes walk from Radiantly Alive and great restaurants and shopping. ? My room's balcony faced the jungle so it was just amazing!
