Fabulous staff? Courteous and amazing healthful breakfast for vegans vegiterian- even packed out breakfast to go for our early flight No iron in room- too many stairs to get to suites for mobility compromised

The staff were perfect 10/10. The location was great The first room we stayed in had a very strong musty smell. After we said this to reception , all of the staff were very helpful and changed our room. I strongly recommend that closing the minus 3rd floor rooms because of the high musty problem. The poolside were not clean well and there is a pool bar available but not working If the staff hadn't been so good and made us so happy, I would have given the hotel a 5-6 rating.

Great location, easy walk to Ubud Palace and multiple plant based vegan restaurants, even Sawobali, a budget friendly vegan buffet. Front desk personal are wonderful. Fari provided a warm welcome and help to problem solve an issue with beds. Bintang (not sure of the spelling of her name) and another women who worked in Thurs May 16th provided outstanding hospitality. I love love love their flexible breakfast schedule which goes from early AM to almost midnight ! This kind of breakfast policy is the best I’ve seen in all my world travels! Also liked that breakfast would be served in the room (balcony) daily if desired. I selected this hotel because their restaurant Herb Library had strong reviews for vegan food. IMHO the breakfast food options were rather bland and the smoothie was way too sweet, no berries and all bananas. Minor point, the room trash bin could be reimagined to be lighter, placed out of the way and perhaps with a cover that did not need to be physically handled each time.

Everthing from A to Z, it's a fabulous place and the staff is flexible, amazingly nice and attentive. I was impressed. It's surrounded by the jungle, a peaceful corner in the city. Every single detail was perfect, including the afternoon coffee and cakes in the restaurant were so good and the breakfast amazing, what a choice, we loved everything. I would recommend without hesitation. Fabulous experience. Absolutely nothing.

This boutique resort was a perfect choice for my stay in Bali. It's located on a quiet side street but within easy walking distance of many attractions like the sacred monkey forest. I loved my huge room, which was tastefully furnished and offered a beautiful view of garden foliage. The staff were fantastic. The resort is calm and peaceful, which I enjoyed a lot. They offer a delicious complimentary "breakfast" that you can take at any time of the day. I really enjoyed my stay here and would love to have the opportunity to return.

Total silence most of the day and also the night, in spite of being located very near Ubud’s Main Street (& therefore central to everything we needed :) staff were excellent—attentive, friendly & took initiative to personalize our experience. Everything on site is lush, carefully groomed & cleaned hourly. Our room had all the amenities we needed & was super-comfortable! Great Balinese-fusion restaurant adjacent, with live music at dinner & will accommodate any dietary need. The wide-ranging Spa treatments available were amazing & easy to book around our other activities. We will be back if we return to Bali! Nothing we could think of.

its very proximal at ubud center but far from noise . They serve breakfast anytime and have free afternoon tea . Very accomodating too . Sometimes the river and sewage have bad smell that can be smelled from the room . Cleaners not sure if trustworthy
