Let me start with how amazing the staff members are especially Dwi and Kadek. They speak fluent English, very helpful and friendly. They are the epitome of “serving the guests”. As for the property, it’s right in the middle of the center, but in a quiet spot. The rooms are spacious, clean and cozy. Very conveniently located and everything I needed is walking distance. The pool is small, but very nice and refreshing. I’ll definitely come back to this little gem! Just like some travelers have already mentioned, there was problem with water and my AC just stopped working in the middle of the night once.

Clean, with accommodating & kind staff. We kept extending our stay because it was so lovely. The pool was comfortable and clean. There was only sun on the chairs from 11:00-4:30 but we can't control the sun

The place is a very compact facility with 10 rooms on two levels. Rooms are spacious, modern, clean, comfortable with very large bathroom. I could park my car in the shower area if i could get through the very narrow alley to the property. It is hidden behind and between other buildings. Very close to the centre of Ubud. The staff are a delight. Thanks Dwii Next door is a vegetarian restaurant reportedly good but I didn't try because its not my thing It is what it is. No complaints

This hotel is a little gem in the middle of Ubud. You will be right in the action within walking distance to the main street with it's markets, restaurants, shops, the ubud water palace, Gautama street and many other attractions. The staff is really friendly and helpful. There is no breakfast but you won't miss this because there are tons of great restaurants nearby. The room is comfy and clean. Great place!

Location is amazing, all yoga studious, restaurants, shops in walking distance. Nice and clean, newly renovated. No mold, thanks God, in the bathroom.

Very thin walls, can hear everything from next door. Air conditioning kept breaking so room was very sticky and damp and smelled of mold.

My stay at this hotel in Ubud Bali was amazing! The place was spotless, and the staff was very responsive and helpful throughout my visit. The location is perfect, offering easy access to nearby attractions, The atmosphere was calm and peaceful, making it an ideal spot to relax. Good location The were smoking all the time next to our room yet they had no. Smoking signs outside rooms, TV didn’t work , fridge kept defrosting staff just kept plugging it in again not fixing the connection,

The location of the hotel is very close to main attractions of Ubud like the Ubud palace and there are a lot of restaurants around. We arrived a bit too early but we were given the room without any surcharge in a very uncomplicated manner. We stayed 3 nights and had to tell the staff nearly every time that the cold water was not running. It was really annoying since we were already in the shower while noticing this. After putting on the clothes again we had to ask the staff to turn on the cold water and miraculously the problem was solved for the moment being. The rooms are not soundproof - if there are people sitting at the pool side you can hear them very well and even understand what they are talking.

Lovely pool and rooms - very clean and just one street up from main drag and easy access to everything - Palace/ markets/restaurants So quiet at the pool and in the rooms - quite the oasis ? Nothing at all
