The restaurant Ksuna was exceptional, the staff was so helpful and kind, the rooms were clean, and a very peaceful place. It was worth the stay

I didn't realize from the photos that the villa rooms were not connected - you have to exit one room to enter another. I also didn't realize the bathrooms were open to the outside making the room difficult to keep cool and allowed bugs. The staff was so kind and accommodating, though! They handled our request beautifully.

For a location far away this place is really loud at night time, both nights I couldn't get to sleep until midnight and the second night I had to call reception to ask them to stop moving furniture/ running around upstairs. They are doing a lot of construction at night at the hotel that starts around 8pm and doesn't stop. When I called reception it instantly stopped but just a pre-warning I had ear plugs and they did nothing with the noise.

It was very nice property, clean, professional staff, great food and drinks and two pools. Plus they offered free yoga classes and afternoon tea. It was a little ways away from the Main Street.

Excellent breakfast

It was a well known place. We had a bad experience at the private villa. We had an expensive item stolen/lost from our room. When we asked about it, the hotel was easy to dismiss it by saying there was no way anyone could have taken the item, neither did they compensate for the loss. The Villas are on the ground floor and the only security in the private pool area which has direct access to the room was separated from outside by only a bunch of trees. We had even seen boot prints on the patio but thought they were of the staff. We were on our honeymoon and the item had significant meaning to us both in value and sentiment

Biggest highlight was the service. The team there are genuinely nice. Literally every, single person. It is very rare to see that. It is evident that the management/owners take good care of them. The facilities were modern and everything was quite functional. Only suggestion would be to make sure that items in the menu are available, there were many items during our stay which was not available especially the drinks.

Nice boutique hotel. Very peaceful and great staffs. The Front Officer (Mr Masuda if not mistaken; and the lady Niar) was always very helpful. Breakfast is fantastic. Everything taste good. The fried rice, the locals and juices were all nice. 1) There was a gap between the paving step between the lobby and the swimming pool deck. Not the most convenient for luggage. Though hotel staff was always very helpful to offer us to carry our luggages 2) There was an issue to our room sewage system hence some odor. But hotel staff was helpful to change our rooms despite busy weekend

good staff and cleanliness Mosquitoes: Excessive; a constant issue throughout the stay. Lizards: Very common, seen everywhere on the property. Sliding Doors: Poorly functioning; we were locked out multiple times. Accommodation: Stayed in an older, two-bedroom private pool villa — quite dated. Food: Very limited in quantity, but the quality was good. Open-Air Bathroom: Beautiful concept, but unfortunately an open invitation for mosquitoes.

beautiful small town hotel with closeness to Ubud center. this was our first stay in Bali and the staff was able to accommodate full day tours to the highlights.

Good location,the entrance ,the restaurant are very spacious and huge. It was very warm welcoming,the staff are kind and friendly. Rooms are big and rolling door between bedroom and bathroom (with good amenities). It is very nice. Breakfast was super good,we really loved it. We will be back! In the evening when we arrived, nearby they were burning something and the smell of the smoke was coming in somehow. But its nothing with the Garcia itself,it is an unfortunate timing. Would be nice more toys,playing option for kids or some kind of kids club even for few hours open morning time then afternoon as well.

We stayed in the pool villa and it had everything you need.
