The room smelled very moldy. Also the walkway going to the room was very slick when wet, so if not wearing the right shoes or not being very careful, could easily slip and fall.

Quite central The hosts tried to add 10% for card payment, which was not specified on my booking. I showed them my booking confirmation and refused the extra charge. This was then accepted. This place is quite old and outdated, needing a lot of maintenance. There is borer infestation in the cupboards, dressing table, and window frames. Shower pressure was very low in our bathroom. Shower mixer handle not fixed, comes off when used. Bath towels provided are past their use-by date. No hand towels provded. Bed matress damp and smelly. Curtains and mosquito nettings very old and dirty.

Perfect little Oasis true to the photos. A short taxi to the central town but in its own little quiet environment. Close to loads of great restaurants, an amazing spa and an interesting art museum. Great to have a pavement to walk along into town. We had the 3 bedroom villa and were able to use the main hotel shared pool too! Wi-Fi was a bit dodgy in the two downstairs rooms, but worked perfectly in the third upstairs room. Aircon in the upstairs room wasn’t the best and the ceiling fan didn’t work, otherwise everything was great

The staff were so nice and really caring also trustworthy. We left our cash and passports in the room the whole time and they never touched a thing. The villa was beautiful and I will be back for sure The only thing is the bathrooms was very standard nothing the like pictures on the internet. They was still very clean but I was just disappointed in what I expected based on photos.

The room was large and the balcony was a nice extra. Staff were very friendly and helpful. It would be great if there was a mosquito net over the bed.

Wonderful atmosphere, the gardens and pool area is beautiful. Breakfast was freshly cooked for us. Each room was gigantic - lots of room to spread out. A short walk to nearby restaurants and spas. The tiles in the pool (top step) were missing and made it quite sharp. Unfortunately the rain went into the outside kitchen area and it was unusable. This did not impact us as we went out for dinner and breakfast was freshly cooked in the main kitchen area.

I LIKED THE VILLA LOCATION AND ROOMS WERE GOOD AC WAS NOT WORKING, WE WERE LITREALLY SWEATING INSIDE THE ROOM. SINCED IT RAINED THE NEXT DAY WE WERE ABLE TO MANAGE. REST ROOM, NO PRESSURE IN WATER FLOW. FOR GUYS ITSELF IT TOOK 30MINUTES TO GET SHOWERED. BEDROOM DOOR LOCKS ARE NOT IN GOOD CONDITION, TWO PEOPLE SHOULD HOLD AND LOCK IT.

The service the staff give is wonderful! They are very helpful and attentive when questions are asked. The location is on a street with lots of food options and a short grab to the city centre. Neighbours upstairs can be heard stomping around, but not a hotel problem.

Friendly staff. Good location. Nice pool. Room looks nice. The mattress was too soft or too old, I did not sleep well because of this and felt my back hurting a bit.
