The hotel is so clean and all of the staff are so polite and nice. We also included the breakfast buffet and all the food was great!!! There are free buses to and from the nearest train stations as well! None

Loved the access to the convenience store inside the hotel and the Bayside View from our room was outstanding. The hotel also had a very nice aroma within which was very welcoming and calming. There was nothing I didn't like about the stay and the hotel. Everything exceeded our expectations. Will definitely return again.

Everything! It was so spacious and had everything we needed including a Disney store in the lobby. The location was perfect and the shuttle to and from the Disney monorail was great after a long day at Disney, however it was so close to the hotel that we walked most times. Staff was incredible and so friendly. The main restaurant/buffet was also wonderful. We had absolutely no complaints KINDA expensive pool usage fee but if you’re not planning on swimming anyway, it’s irrelevant

Not much to like besides its proximity to Disney. It’s hard to believe this hotel is only five years old, it looks much older. It still has a tub with curtain. It feels like the 1990s. There is a small convenient store downstairs, but it is overpriced. We went to Lawson inside Hilton across the street.

The location was great, walkable to the Bayside station which is the train to the Disney resorts and Ikspiari (mall). The airport limousine bus picked up outside the hotel. We loved the view of the bay, city, Tokyo Skytree, Haneda airport and even saw a faint view of Mt Fuji one morning. The bathroom looked worn and could have been updated. The room fit 4 single beds, which was great but it was a little crowded and hard to get to the closet.

We are from HAWAII. We had a very POSITIVE experience! Everything was GREAT! All the Staff were WONDERFUL!! We will definitely plan future Vacation stays again there! Thank you for making our Vacation unforgettable! Domo Arigato Gozaimashita!!
