There was a smell in our room. Although the hotel provided an odor-removing detergent, the smell persisted after we used it.

Clean and had everything we needed. The front staff were extra friendly, patient, supportive, and helpful when I had an issue with our passports at check in. We loved the free drinks they offered where we could gather to visit and relax. For breakfast we loved being able to try traditional bento as international guests.

Accessible to the Disney park because they have a free bus going there! They have free unli drinks up until midnight. Very convenient to someone who came from disneyland. The bunkbed isnt comfy for a kid. But good enough for the price!!! Their comfort bed sheet is better.

Free shuttles to station and the Disney amusement parks. Free drinks from 2pm. Lawson right in front. Great for a family of 4. Netflix or YouTube access would have been great but not a deal breaker. No dramas.

Great location with free shuttles to and from Disney. Rooms were simple and clean. Bathroom was bigger than most other Japanese hotel bathrooms. Parking was very convenient. There were many restaurants and combini nearby for food options. Great late check out - not until noon!
