Nothing The morning buffet was not very good... Only pure white bread and chemical straberry jam...

Shuttle bus was convenient and came often, taking to Ikspiari, Bayside Station and Disneyland. Included breakfast buffet was delicious, with lots of variety. The room was tidy and the staff were friendly and many spoke English well. The room was small, especially the bathroom (barely enough room to stand). The beds were very firm, with only one flat pillow, one sheet, and one duvet. There were long lines for the buffet when only one restaurant was open.

Great option to go to Disney without breaking the bank Not many options to eat after 10 pm, when the restaurants close there are only instant ramen to eat from the Konbini inside, since there’s is no commerce in the area

Great location close to what everyone has probably come to visit, Disneyland. So close in fact you could hear the music when it opened in the morning! The themed rooms are great and very comfortable. The complimentary shuttle bus to Disneyland and the station was great and came often. There was 4 of us and we booked two rooms that were conveniently located next to each other as we requested. The buffet breakfast was great and the lounge area in the lobby was very comfortable to sit and relax. The gift shop and small supermarket at the hotel were a bonus. The staff were very friendly and helpful. If you're staying in this area, I can highly recommend a visit to TeamLab Plants located not too far away. We loved our day at Disneyland and because we stayed close by, were able to stay until the end of the day to see the lightshow, parade and fireworks then catch the hotel shuttle back. With a shop and supermarket at the hotel, an ATM would be a great addition.

Breakfast was great. The rooms are small, but we didn't need a lot of space! Our shoes got soaking wet in the rain and the hotel even provided a shoe dryer. The shuttle was very quick and great, but the Disney monorail line was also within walking distance (about 7 minutes away!) This was much more affordable than the on-site Disney hotels and just about as close.

The rooms were more spacious than ordinary japanese hotels like apa. The location was great with free shuttles to train station and disney The TV was ancient and the hotel had an older smell. The blankets are more western style so they weren't very comfortable like the cotton fluffy ones in Asian hotels

Great Location for a travelling family of four (with two young kids) with great accessibility to both Disneyland and DisneySea. There's a free shuttle that runs frequently to Disneyland and another shuttle to Bayside station, which you then take the monorail to DisneySea. Our room was comfortable for the 4 of us with heaps of space for luggage and pram. N/A

The location is stellar. The shuttles to the parks are great; easy to understand routes, large capacity, frequent. The hotel also has a convenient little mart and Disney store, and they will hold your luggage for you if you arrive early or need to pick it up after checkout. Breakfast was also super good. The ship themed rooms are dated, you can see the wear and tear. But overall they are clean, still fun and cute, and comfortable.
