ANA Crowne Plaza Resort Okinawa Uruma Hills by IHG

I enjoyed the pleasant staff and variety in breakfast choices. More so, the room was spacious and comfortable. I noticed a lot of small beetles around the room - Mealybug Destroyers I believe. More so, the AC began to drip and we had to request a towel to cover the surface from getting too damp.

The coined laundry. They are placed at a very secluded place, far from other facilities, and the dryer is not working well. My washed clothes were not dried at all even after I ran the dryer for 30 minutes. Please do better for this facility.

The twin room was spacious and there was a fantastic view from the balconies overlooking both the next door golf club, but also the scenery, unobstructed from anything else - I was on the fifth floor. The staff was very helpful and accommodating, and the pool was nice. The breakfast had a fair selection despite the buffet being moved to a separate room due to a school fieldtrip staying at the same time (the regular restaurant area was closed off). My specific room seemed outdated, and had not been maintained properly. It looked like there was mold on the roof in some parts of the room, and some of the roof corners were dusty. The bathtub in the toilet had a large gap so water could fall down during showering, and there didnt seem to be any plumbing under the tub. The place is also quite desolate since its a resort. Not sure if the hotel offers shuttlebus service, but I would definitely recommend getting here by car. For the price I expected more.

The staff was really nice to us. We had to change our plans due to a flight cancellation and the staff helped us a lot. The hotel is in a nice location, with pretty much nothing in the immediate surroundings (remote), but with access to pretty much everything if you have a car. The pool looked nice but was closed... Apart from that, we had no complains whatsoever!

Staffs are nice, they have Chinese speaking staff at front desk, a pretty girl, Lora with passionate. Even simple facilities enough for a leisure trip, night view so release, I think all rooms has sea view. 6/F rooms are great. Advise to stay 3 or 4 days you could explore more. Originally I am looking for the bubble like coffee from the website and reserve this hotel, but finally, they say don’t have it…. I am wondering how come they could post a photo but not have this item……. Cleaning could be more in details, waiting for improvement.

I loved the staff and the quit nature of the hotel. It was an outstanding place to stay and I would have stayed there longer had I been able to. The food was better than I had expected from a hotel. I thought the room could have be deep cleaned more. The ac unit and the trim near the ceiling was a little dirty. I would have like for the sheets to have gotten changed at least one during the stay I was there for 9 days and had the same sheets the whole time.

Water of the swimming pool was too hot. It was like a hot spring.

Very central hotel for visiting Okinawa main island on both sides, east or west. Many restaurants around within 10 min drive. A car is a must though.

Peaceful resort. Very helpful staff and accommodating staff. Laundry area needs improvement. Whilst waiting there, swarm of flying insects. B1 areas looks terrible needs sprucing up.. Tennis court looks terrible.
