Well-located hotel near Utsunomiya train station. Room was large with plenty of space to work. All good!

Excellent staff and location. We didn’t have hot water to shower for about 3 hours on one night, but the situation was resolved afterwards.

Location is good, few minutes's walk to JR Station. Complimentary hot food from 8 to 10 pm, max 100 servings. Room size is okay. The quilt is a bit smelly.

I love the yummy coffee they provided at the lobby! The room is very clean and comfortable! Of course, the hotel is very near Utsunomiya Eki, and we would pass through a 7-11 store which is super convenient. Love it! non

I loved the spacious room. The bathtub was medium sized. I wish it was like a Love Hotel bathtub, but hey, it is what it is! This room was clean and nice and the staff is amazing. You get free coffee at the lobby. I wish the bathtub was bigger and larger, but that's how business hotels are. It's not the fault of the hotel. I just wish if it was for couples then it would have a nice big bathtub! Which it actually does in comparison to most business hotels, so even where it lacks it is very good.

The breakfast was really nice. We went to the one in Annex which is a mix of Western/Japanese food. I could get some salads,bacon,cereals while my wife had ochazuke, salmon, etc… The tv alignment in the room was a little weird, not aligned with the bed, neither with the chairs.

Breakfast is exceptional and there’re various things to choose from. You can also use the restaurant from the opposite Richmond. Parking is the 立体駐車場 type. So it will take some time to get the car if there’s a person coming before you.

1st time staying in Richmond Hotel, the location is extremely convenient for us to walk to the nearby restaurant for dine-in after long drive. We appreciate for the free supper which is extremely delicious. Is a good experience. We don't have anything don't like.
