The hotel manager was really helpful and super friendly the breakfast for 990 yen was great value room was very clean and quiet and had a view on the 5th Floor Checking in at 3pm

Amazing place, not super close to the centre but still a really nice area with an amazing park nearby and some interesting places to visit around. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Only bad thing was that you could not open the window, as in most Japanese hotels.

Easy to find and free parking. Staff was welcoming and efficient. Breakfast onsite, included and pretty good. Price was great. A little worn and tired looking, but that wasn’t a problem. Beds were quite hard. The place is getting close to time for a freshen up in the decor and beds. Until then, they should consider having some memory foam toppers, or even just a futon on top the bed.

The staff on the morning shift was very rude. Our whole visit to the hotel felt like we were very unwelcome, because we were gaijin :(
