Wonderful location. Check in was easy and the room was ready early. Room was so spacious. Clean, but a little worn. Bed was very comfortable. We were there during a heat wave and the air conditioner was a wall unit in the sitting area. Bathroom was spacious. Water pressure was okay. Breakfast was fair. Usual fare.

Wonderful staff and excellent location. A bit dated inside but very clean. We will stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed the property, especially the pool and balcony. Breakfast being included was an added convenience. Our car was ready for us upon our departure. Staff took time to have sincere conversations with us. The air conditioning wasn’t cool enough. We did open the sliding door for the night.

The location is extraordinary, everything is 5 mins, you’re right in the Vail village and yet on a quieter side. The property itself is beautifully kept, charming and cozy interiors that feel luxurious and plush. The restaurant and breakfast were ok, it could have been a little better matching rest of the property’s standards. The staff was extremely friendly and spread was better than most hotels, but missing the mark - didn’t have live counter with proper chef, bread spread was standard, brewed black coffee as only option and such.

Perfect location, away from the noise but easily within walking to everything. The Gerald Ford trail is a nice walking path along the river and ends up at a gorgeous mountain garden. The king bed was really comfortable, but could use a warmer comforter. Staff was excellent and always available. Highly recommend, would absolutely stay again!

We had a fantastic experience at Austria Haus! So many beautiful details in the room and common areas like the library and poolside made it so special. We also loved the gorgeous breakfast served every morning! We are definitely going to stay here again next summer!

Fabulous stay over the 4th of July! Could not have been more perfect - setting in the Village, pool, amazing breakfast, and the best was Victoria bartending amongst everything else - and she was so sweet pronouncing my name perfectly! (my name is always butchered) Can’t wait to return!

Great location walkable to the Vail Village. Hotel is first class. Felt like I was in a 5 star European Hotel. Parking extra but worth it. Would stay again.

The room was very clean. It would be nice to have a microwave in the room to warm up food we purchased at the restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was service with different ideas of what the people would like and that was very good. I loved everything about the place not disappointed at all.
