Great location, clean room with comfortable beds. The only things I would like to see improved would be air conditioning as it can get really hot in the room without air conditioning even if you use the fans and try to open up the balcony door early to cool the room down. The only other thing is I e. No ice machines in the hotel, you are told to go to the adjoining restaurant for I e and they seem a little put out to fulfill your request. Otherwise lovely stay.

The hotel rooms were very spacious with nice furnishings. Large bathrooms. The room and property were very clean. Breakfast is offered at no cost, basically a few breads, meat and cheese. Location is in middle of the village with many restaurants/shops out the door.

The property was located in the heart of the village which made it very convenient to walk everywhere or to get the bus. The place was mostly comfortable and clean While there in July we were experiencing a very hot spell of weather. The hotel only has heat available for the rooms so we were a little too warm in our rooms as there is no air conditioning.

Such a quaint little hotel! Awesome location, great bar, beds were comfy! We saw bears from our balcony. We will stay there again.

Great location and have a very comfortable room to enjoy the beautiful view from the nearby creek!

Great location and cute rooms- we faced the river and its was nice and quiet. Would have been nice to have a minifridge in the room or at least an ice machine in the hotel. We were told we had to go to the attached bar to get ice which wasn't very convenient nor open all hours. The check in staff was nice- the restaurant and bar staff weren't nice at all. And the food at the restaurant very mediocre and overpriced. The included breakfast was pretty basic- mediocre at best. Hot tub is indoors only.

Excellent located right in Vail Village. Enjoyed dinner at Pepi’s right at hotel. Breakfast was excellent. Had to park at central parking but walk was short. Don’t try to drive to hotel to drop off luggage because you’ll drive thru pedestrian zone.

Quaint Austrian style hotel. Big rooms and cozy feel. Location is a 10+ Staff is unprofessional, what I would expect at an economy lodge. All 3 days of our stay the overwhelming smell of ammonia cleaning fluid in the breakfast area was terrible. It permeated the whole hotel.

Great place to stay. Beautiful king bedroom overlooking creek. Bar with live music on site. Free breakfast was good.

The hotel is outdated and poorly maintained. There was no mini fridge and no air conditioning, which made our stay less comfortable. We booked a room for two adults and one 16-year-old, but we were given two very small beds that were not suitable for a couple. The beds were also uncomfortable. Overall, the room did not match our expectations, and we don’t think it offered good value for the price.

The location was perfect. The breakfast selection was very nice. We also enjoyed the restaurant and highly recommend i! The staff was excellent. There really was not anything that I did not like.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay and enjoyed our time in Vail. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located, making it a great home base for exploring the area. The one disappointment was our check-in experience. Unfortunately, the front desk associate who greeted us was not very friendly or welcoming. First impressions matter, and after a long day of travel, a warm greeting and a more hospitable attitude would have made a big difference.

Everything was wonderful but wish they had AC for the hot summer nights
