The staff and amenities were amazing!!! We loved the daily breakfast, and afternoon snacks. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful! The spa and outdoor pool/ hot tub were very nice after a long day of skiing. The proximity to Gondola One and ski in ski out really was the highlight of our trip. The room was lacking though, needs to be updated. Since every room is different and owned by individual owners it’s unfortunate you do not know what you’re going to get. The bed was comfortable but the bedding was too light for a cold Vail night. Could use an upgrade to a warmer down comforter.

The view on the 7th floor was very nice, the location was close to everything. Breakfast was good in the lobby. Parking underground was convenient but pricey , only thing available. Staff was excellent Water from the refrigerator didn’t work, had to bring up ours. Wood for the fireplace was hard to keep burning.

Was not completely satisfied with the room. Temperature control was poor. Too small of a bathroom. Bed was too low to the floor. Needs an upgrade.

The staff is wonderful and friendly and they maintain an impeccably clean property! Breakfast was great each morning with a wide variety of food. The only suggestion is that there was no overhead reading lighting nor bedside lamps in unit 293, nor means to move another lamp to plug in. Otherwise, we can't wait to return!
