It was very beautiful hotel convenient close to bus and short walk to Main Street

Terrible front desk. No way to even try to get a late check out. I had the worst room in the hotel above the valet. I told them.and they did nothing. I called the front desk to bring my car around and they never did. The phone in the room did not work either.

This place was beautiful. great rooms, staff, and the location perfect to Vail Village

They charged my card for the deposit and refused to refund it. I had to cancel my card and stay abroad until the new debit card arrived. One good aspect was Expedia tried very hard to get me the refund.

The A/C in our room was blowing no cool air, and we found hair in the bath tub. First, the receptionist was going to waive our $45 parking valet fee for consolation of our experience, then the manager got involved and and decided not to waive the $45 parking valet fee, and the housekeeper accused me of putting gross dead long strands of hair in the bath tub and I have short hair. Carlos the manager was very unprofessional, and not customer service oriented.

We do enjoy the summer concerts at the AMP. We enjoy our stay at the Tivoli every time, would not think of looking anywhere else…welcoming staff, beautiful location and easy access to the concert venue and village restaurants

Once again this was a very nice hotel to stay at when visiting Vail! I would highly recommend it.

Hotel was beautiful, the only thing I didn’t like was if you used the hot tub, it was right outside the main check in, where everyone comes into check in, and can see who is in the hot tub, not very private and relaxing.

The staff was less than helpful during the entire stay. They were just a miserable unhappy lot. Except for the valet workers who were friendly and efficient. We were told our room would be ready at 4, even as people around us all got their rooms early. 4:00 came and went. No room and no apologies. I finally asked if there were any other open rooms and surprisingly there was. Not sure why we weren’t given that room to begin with. None the less, we were less than impressed with the hotel and would prefer to find a different one next time we are in Vail.
