Wonderful bellboy Greg was hugely helpful. Very nice property and very conveniently located in the center of Vail

The main issue I experienced was the lack of transparency about vehicle charging. A huge factor in my decision to stay here was the offered perk of charging my EV overnight as long as one valeted with the hotel. An exchange of messages occurred prior to confirm this arrangement only to find out after check-in, that they only charge Teslas. Even though my vehicle has the Tesla charging port, I was still told 'no." The valet himself even seemed a bit dumbfounded as to why this policy was in effect. This, coupled with the white, scummy splatter on the back of the bathroom door, the (2) stained celing tiles in the bathroom from previous leaks, and the untimely malfunction of the main elevator, makes a return stay unlikely.

Ladies helping at the front desk were less than congenial. I have stayed at the Tivoli for many many years but this was the first I felt bothered by the lack of friendliness and welcoming from front desk staff.

First time to Vail, great place in the summer and lots to do if you are into the outdoors

Exterior appearance of the property was very good. Landscaping appeared to be important. There was a sharp contrast between the stunning aesthetic and the stifling climate. Our room did not have air conditioning despite that being listed as one of the amenities. The maintenance staff brought up a portable air conditioner, which slowly cooled the room to about 73 but was noisy and had to be vented through an open door. Eventually, the staff admitted that they couldn’t fix the air conditioning and they didn’t have a room with air to which they could transfer us. At that point we decided to cut our stay short and we left. The hotel refunded our room charge for our second day as well as the amenities charge. Overall, we felt that the staff, including the son of the owner, just didn’t care. This was our first trip to Vail and, because of our experience, we probably won’t return!

Beautiful quaint property! Staff was extremely friendly great location.

This was our fourth time at the Tivoli and our first disappointment. Very nice looking rooms, friendly staff but hotel is having issues. Air conditioning was not working in any rooms so they were placing fans or cooling units in the rooms. The hallways were very hot. Water temperature in the shower would fluctuate substantially so you had to constantly adjust. Is this a sign of aging infrastructure?

This place absolutely does not have AC. We woke up and it was 80 degrees in the bedroom. When we asked for a fan, they gave us a dehumidifier which made the room hotter. We let them know that the AC was broken, to which they responded that they don’t have AC. They did finally bring a portable AC unit but, because there is only a sliding door, the door would have had to stay open all the time - that doesn’t feel secure and lets in a lot of noise / bugs / heat. I wouldn’t recommend staying here and wouldn’t stay here again.

This as also the first time we have stayed and not felt like guests who just paid quite a bit of money for our stay. Ver unfortunate!

Great location. Pleasant staff. Very nice lodge but starting to need some wear and tear. Beautifully furnished. Bedding and linens are great. In room coffee is high quality. Would stay again.

It was wonderful and a dreamy one night stay, wish I had reserved it for a couple of more nights.

Good location to towns restaurants

Great location!

Very clean hotel, but no AC or cooling that worked to cool our room, so we had to change rooms to a less busy area so that we could open windows, sliding glass door to sleep. The halls areas were extremely warm and no solutions were offered other than changing rooms.
