Wonderful location, lovely staff, food was good, loved the family/games room, bar and lounge area were comfy and sociable and the owners were super friendly and accommodating Nothing really. Just a really lovely place to stay!

A cozy chalet with friendly personel with immediate access to the ski slopes. Absolutely perfect for skiers who want to get the most out of their stay.

Top location, on the slopes, ski-in/out Staff was polite There is a playroom with a lot of games for kids 1) Bad value for money, It feels more like a hostel than a hotel, despite the high price tag (we paid chf 350-420 a night for a family of four) 2) no sound proof windows, you hear the garbage truck every morning at 7.00 3) you also hear the machines cleaning the slopes at night 4) breakfast was average, you need to ask for additional portions if you are not there at 8.00. 5) Shampoo/ body wash is the same as the hand wash 6) the ski boot warmer was not working 7) pillows and mattress were

in the middle of the slopes facilities poorly furnished without decoration breakfast and dinner are school cantine like

The location is perfect for a ski weekend/vacation. The staff is very friendly and helpfull The buffet style dinner and breakfast get crowded and it takes too long to get food on your plate. On Fridays there is just raclette for dinner and no other options. It was pricey for what you get. And as the hotel is on a ski slope you don’t have many dining options closeby (there are just two/three other restaurants in the small village a walk down the slope)

The access to the ski areas was absolutely amazing, with three lifts right outside the hotel, making it incredibly easy to get straight onto the slopes. Whether you're heading into Switzerland or across to the French side of the Portes du Soleil, it's all right at your doorstep. Perfect for anyone looking to maximise their time on the snow. Highly recommend! The room was a decent size, but there wasn’t enough space to properly dry wet ski gear, which was a bit of a challenge after a long day on the slopes. Also, some of the items available for purchase in the hotel seemed very overpriced, €9 for 1.5 litres of iced tea felt excessive. It would be great if they offered lower prices on certain essentials for residents rather than charging the same rates as for day guests.

Superb location on the slopes and near lifts, parking, and the facilities of Les Crosets. Also extremely friendly and helpful staff. They made a real effort over a very busy period including a top quality gourmet dinner on New Year’s Eve.

Mr Thiery was a great host. Excellent location, very warm hospitality that is very rare in this part of the world. Everything is close by. Lovely sauna and elevators available. All in all great!

Brilliant ski in location with super friendly staff, who did all they could to make our stay so comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble. Food was superb. We would definitely like to stay again in this very welcoming hotel.
