The location and the staff. One of the AC was not working and Valencia was extremely hot. The beds and the pillows were poor and uncomfortable. There wasn't any fridge in the room at this modern age. Unbelievable.

Great location in the heart of Valencia, very close to beautiful churches and stunning architecture. There are lots of lovely brunch spots and shops within close distance. Torero Y Vino is a particular highlight for breakfast that is just a two minute walk away. The room was nice and spacious, and the staircase to a second floor is a fun quirk that made the hotel very memorable. The room was clean and kept to a high standard. The check-in staff were friendly, and the building is stunning on entry, with rustic stone walls and high ceilings. We had four people staying in our room so some small necessities such as toilet paper needed to be replaced more frequently - should perhaps offer back-up rolls like other hotels do. It's no real problem, we went to a nearby shop to stock the room ourselves. The soaps also were unusual to use, so we used our own.

La ubicación, el edificio. Nuestra habitación tenía un ligero olor a caño. Creo que la mayor parte del Centro huele así. Pero solo se sentía al entrar después de estar fuera parte del día.

The front desk staff was so helpful and knowledgable....the lobby was unique and beautiful....its a transformed ancient building with modern renovation and the juxtaposition was brilliant....also the location was so perfect...down a little alley street with no cars permitted and thne a quick block and a half walk and you are in this amazing square with fountain and churches and just epic spanish architecture and historic relics....i would totally choose this place again over any and everywhere else. This place was perfect....i liked everything alot

The location and the staff. The room was very spacious . There weren’t hangers ( only two for clothes ). None in the bathroom. There was no room To hang the towels . The price was expensive

Central and very fresh in the Valencia heat. Nice staff, always with a smile and greeting.

The gentleman who was working the front desk was very accommodating and wanted us to be very happy with our room. A little hard to find.
