Lovely staff, good location, quiet, clean, comfortable Wi-Fi very patchy and didn’t work in my room. Also shower was cold/tepid but had option of bath which had hot water so used that instead.

Proximity to everything I just got confused we went to the other HotelSan Lorenzo, apparently there are two but there are no so far from each other

The location is perfect to visit the city center. It is close to the park and public transportation to go to the beach or the science center. The room was very nicely decorated, big, and very quiet. Close to restaurants The bathroom was a little old, as the elevator

Place was peaceful,you couldnt hear neibhours. Terrace was great plenty of space with table and chairs and sunbathe chair as well. Bathroom had good amount of space and was comfortable to use,sink was large and in good height,shower was great and had enough space. The bed was a bit too hard for us and pillows were super slim,they were not comfy That huge roller blind looked a bit weird inside the room to cover terrace entrance,its harder to keep room ventilated at night if ya dont want to use the AC.we prefer curtains but thats just our nitpicking.

The room was clean, and beautiful. It was huge and spacious - absolutely palatial. The in room jacuzzi was impressive. Location was absolutely perfect, right in front of the plaza. The staff were very friendly, and they guided us well on the nearby attractions. The floors were extremely cold and there were no carpets or slippers provided, in winters that's a slight discomfort. However the floors were amazing. The lighting was also kind of dim, however I guess that's more to do with the overall aesthetic of the hotel rather than anything else. Other than that it was great, these are not any negative points - just wanted to mention for awareness

The room was very big and the bed was most comfortable. The breakfast room was very small and uninviting. And the breakfast was nothing special so we chose to have it elsewhere.
