Nicely surprised! Nothing

Great location. Nearby parking available (for a fee). Very helpful reception staff. We also had a nice balcony off our room.

Clean, comfortable, simple amenities in an excellent location for our needs. The breakfast (for additional €) was a nice convenience.

The hotel is in an excellent location, walking distance to main attractions. The hotel is on a quiet street. The hotel is charming with its historic architecture and decor, The walls are paper thin. We heard conversations from the room next door and they weren't being that loud. And there's a fine line between historic and outdated. Unfortunately, the hotel is a bit out of date. They still use keys with the room number on them (a safety issue), and one of the keys was broken. The bathroom definitely needed some TLC as the grout was dingy and even moldy in places. There were holes in the drapes and everything just had a worn look. The bed was too hard for me as a side sleeper. But the biggest issue was the noise. Again, the paper thin walls were just too much. While charming, I wouldn't stay here again.

The property had Spanish charm and personality. The amenities are worn and uncomfortable. I would have appreciated a coffee machine in the room and somewhere to sit that is more comfortable that the chair and bench we had. There aren’t even any public spaces to lounge in.

The hotel is in a quite excellent location in the old city. There is a nice size bathroom with a bidet. I wish there had been more towel hooks to hand towels. Other than that - no complaints. Nothing

Good location, beautiful building good size of room and bathroom. Absolutely gorgeous staff in reseption ? two guys. Breakfast lady little-bet rude What I didn’t like about the hotel. First, we booked a room for three people, and the third bed was a fold-out one. It was a normal size, but it was built like a cabinet. On top of this cabinet-like structure, I wanted to put something, and it turned out there was at least a centimeter of dust there. That was a very unpleasant surprise. Second, the toilet flush didn’t work. I had to take it apart, flush it manually, and then put it back together each time. It’s not a huge problem — it can be fixed — but someone just needs to care enough to check what isn’t working in the hotel.

Very quiet location in the historic centre, cleanliness at its best. The room where I stayed was very big and inviting with a beautiful bathroom and great size bathtub. Easy access to all amenities in the old town, around the corner from the bus stop that takes you to The City and of Arts and Sciences, train station about 10 mins by taxi. Nothing to dislike about it.

Bathroom need hooks for the bath towel and shower tiles need some deep cleaning and grout replacement.
-
Big open room with a lot of space. On a fairly quiet side street. Staff was helpful and friendly. Older hotel with older fixtures. It looked more up-to-date and brighter in the photos.

I had a pleasant stay! The place was very clean, and breakfast was delicious. The host was incredibly attentive and kind—she even asked how I liked my coffee, which was such a nice touch. The style is a bit more traditional, so if you prefer something modern, this might not be the best fit for you. But overall, it was a warm and welcoming experi

We really enjoyed the location and the breakfast. We also liked the fact that it was in an historuc building nad m ain of the vintage elements were preserved. The shower tiles seem to be falling off and the walls between rooms seemed to be quite thin as we could hear the girls in the next room giggling and talking late into the night.

That i booked a room with balchony and the was no balcony in the room and the air-conditioning was working poorly.
-
I will definitely be back. Nothing.

The location was good for what we wanted to see. The hotel didn’t live up to the pictures. The TV on the room didn’t work and staff didn’t make much of an effort to fix it. The wifi was horrible and we saw a dead cockroach on the stairs.
