Location owners were really nice and helpful it was a very nice apartment for me and two sons Bathroom layout could be better

Very spacious and comfortable. A nice touch with the coffee, cookies, and cupcakes in the lobby. Well designed and decorated modern space. Elevator. A quiet street and very clean and safe neighborhood. Plenty of hot water for showers . We enjoyed the outdoor spaces . Would be nice to have some clothes line somewhere for wet swimsuits etc A market was next door where we bought juices, water etc The AC did not cool the entire apartment . It was very comfortable in some areas and then it lacked the cool air in some areas. But it’s not a big problem for us because we are used to warm temps but maybe a problem for those who wants constant cool air. The drain in the bathroom is very slow so it took up a few towels to put on the floor.

This was our family’s first visit to Valencia, and thanks to Marina and her amazing team, it became an unforgettable experience. They made us feel at home from the very first day and helped us discover the city in a way we would never have been able to on our own. Throughout our four-day stay, they were always available, incredibly responsive, and genuinely happy to help with every question and request we had. Their recommendations were excellent, and they made sure everything went smoothly. They also reserved fantastic restaurants for our dinners and even arranged a late check-out for our apartment, which was a wonderful gesture and made our last day much more relaxing and enjoyable. It’s these thoughtful details that truly make a difference. I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to Marina and her entire team for their professionalism, kindness, and outstanding hospitality. I truly wish there were more people like her in the tourism industry, treating their guests with such care and dedication. If we ever return to Valencia, we wouldn’t hesitate to choose them again. Highly recommended!

Pur host Marina was warm and kind. Her father Carlos picked is up from the airport and we felt welcomed like family. The Bubu suites are so cool with a fabulous artistic flair. We hired bike from Marina and it was a great way to see Valencia. The location is great central to attractions and great resturants...we loved our stay ❤️

The location of the apartment was perfect, walking distance to most of the attractions of the city. Although located in the centre, it was a very quiet little street, so we could relax properly. Everything was really great :)

Great location, Marina and her husband are really nice and helpful. Can also hire bikes from them, perfect way to go around Valencia. Highly recommend!

Great location and with the bike hire, it was really easy to see more of Valencia. The host Marina was fantastic - very friendly and helpful.

Great location and super hosts - we took up their offer of pick up and drop off at the airport which was great as our plane was landing very late and leaving early. The bike hire was convenient and highly recommend

Massive thank you to Marina for a wonderful stay!! The apartment is in a fantastic location and is stylish, spacious, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and had a good shower. Marina kindly gave us recommendations and even the option to hire bikes. Would recommend to anyone looking for a stay in Valencia!! N/a
