This is a lovely, very impressive property in a fantastic location. We didn't want to be near beaches, and wanted to experience the València old town and this was perfectly positioned to do this. NA

The hotel was amazing a perfect location ,modern but fitting in such a beautiful city …the rooms were spacious and beautifully dressed. The staff were so welcoming and helpful, nothing was too much trouble and then the breakfast …so different and amazing …so may selections all delivered to your table in unlimited quantities, beautifully served and tasted so good ..the best yet … There was nothing to dislike other than having to leave after our stay.

Although we experienced an issue with the air conditioning in our original room, the hotel handled it with exceptional care and professionalism, upgrading us to a beautiful deluxe room with breakfast included for the remainder of our stay. As someone who travels frequently around the world, I can honestly say this was one of the most beautiful rooms and bathrooms I've ever had the pleasure of staying in. The hotel itself is beautifully timeless, but what truly sets it apart is its people. Every member of the team went above and beyond to make our stay feel effortless and incredibly special.
