Review We had a lovely stay and the staff were absolutely lovely and very welcoming. The only downside was the shower in the room — the blind was quite rusty, which made the bathroom look a little dirty. Apart from that, everything was great and we really enjoyed our stay!

This is a little drop of heaven in Valencia!! The hotel is stunning, the room was so fresh, big, clean, comfortable and the hotel location is incredible. The rooftop pool is fantastic, such a nice way to relax in a city. And all staff that we dealt with in all aspects of the hotel were so lovely and friendly and helpful!!! We had some issues with our air-con the first day and a half but it finally got sorted and the hotel kindly provided us with a fan so not a bad experience and the staff were very proactive.

Breakfast buffet had a good amount of choice and fresh food, terrace is lovely with a choice of sun or shade, and small pool kept nice and cool. Location is very central opposite a great park, lovely staff!

The little terrace on the 5th floor/roof, the bartender and the waitress was very friendly I’m not a singular case. Very Rude receptionist at checkin , I wasn’t able to do the checkin when arrived only when booking.com called her , all because this lady abuse and aggressive attitude , wouldn’t understand English , put me repeatedly to say my adress , also spell it , also wrote it in on phone messages and she’ll still not understand and wanted me to write down laughing in to my face, and also very hostile behaviour towards me and my 2friends and it was talking with them in Spanish, and they said we’re not here to argue you need to speak nice and if you have any questions to speak with me because I’m the one checkin , not them. She was very loud and aggressive talk over me, my voice was very calm and I have videos also.I’ve said that I don’t understand if she’s speaking Spanish and if having any questions to speak with me in English because I’m the one doing the checkin. I’ve booked a double room with balcony and king bed, I’ve had 2single beds and the toilet wouldn’t work the water coming over wc at the first use, tried to contact reception but the phone was disconnected for the night(no way I’ll go down to reception her being the only person there after everything I’ve through earlier). I’ve said that’s only one person checkin which is me but the room is for a double bed, she changed the reservation by herself to 1pers. My friends had the plane tickets to leave to airport in 1,5 h, so I wanted to do my checkin go for a drink with them and go to sleep afterwards. This it was no possible because of her behaviour that stressed us and ruined my night, and no time left as I needed to speak with booking.com so I can be able to find a solution and do my checkin. My friends were behind me never moved from reception or intended to go in the room( even if is not prohibited to have visitors if you like for short period), she was lying to booking.

Great location ideal for the old town. Rooms were clean, with tea and coffee facilities and fridge. Free air con. Roof top bar was great for a pre dinner drinks. All staff were helpful and friendly. Sorted out my air con, booked airport transfers. Breakfast looked good, I just had coffee. Take ear plugs as the road is noisy even with the windows closed. I was there on the world cup final,so the road was louder than normal, celebratory beeping.

Roof terrace was beautiful Rooms were a little dull and functional in decoration. Internal rooms very dark and I wouldn’t have booked this room if I had realised this.
